The hotel's location is very close, even adjacent to Sunway Medical Center. Behind the hotel, there's a delicious Nasi Kandar and Basmati restaurant with very reasonable prices. A little further back, there's a fairly well-stocked mall. Overall, the hotel's service and facilities are excellent. Recommended.

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn and Suites Penang, where the convenient location, spacious and comfortable room, and friendly, professional staff made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, housekeeping kept everything clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options.

The stay was pleasant with friendly staff. The hotel was clean, and you could literally see the staff cleaning at all times to ensure the cleanliness is of utmost importance for the hotel. Recommended.

My stay was very good. Everything was well maintained, and the experience was enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It’s close to major attractions and finding food is really easy. The only downside is that the place is located on a steep hill, so expect a daily hike! 😂 That said, the room is beautiful and very aesthetic.

First love of this brand started from Citadines Sydney. Then followed by Georgetown and Prai. I love it the moment I step into the front door of this hotel. Very hospitality by the team and greeted with a smile from Mr. Mong and other hotel members. Free flow coffee 24 hours is love. Walking distance to foodies. Definitely will come back again
