I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn and Suites Penang, where the convenient location, spacious and comfortable room, and friendly, professional staff made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, housekeeping kept everything clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options.

My stay was very good. Everything was well maintained, and the experience was enjoyable.

First love of this brand started from Citadines Sydney. Then followed by Georgetown and Prai. I love it the moment I step into the front door of this hotel. Very hospitality by the team and greeted with a smile from Mr. Mong and other hotel members. Free flow coffee 24 hours is love. Walking distance to foodies. Definitely will come back again

Room is nice and clean. Raymond from front desk was very helpful. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety. Everything is perfect. Wish to come back here again next time.

My kids love the water park.

Very nice hotel, interior still new, location quite strategic, cafe and restaurant at nearby served various of foods and beverages. Recommended for who was travel in group or transit.
