Basically, you get what you pay for. So as long as you don’t expect too much, you’ll probably be just fine with the hotel and your room. The location is definitely a plus — Chinatown and Pavilion are both within walking distance, and there’s an LRT station right across the street. The downsides are the somewhat limited amenities and, unfortunately, poor soundproofing. You can hear quite a bit from the hallway and neighbouring rooms, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for an affordable place in a convenient location and don’t need anything fancy.

I think it was okay, a basic hotel in a central area. For the price, it was a great option. Rooms were clean, on the small side but okay.

The hotel is located on a main road, just right. Across from the hotel is the Pudu bus terminal, which is convenient for going to Genting. It's close to Bukit Bintang, about 800 meters to the Bukit Bintang street food area. It's close to markets and eateries. There's a small refrigerator in the room, bottled water available, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Cleanliness needs to be improved as there are tiny cockroaches in the room and in the closet. The sheets need to be changed frequently due to stains. The view over the neighboring hotel and the restaurant area is excellent. There's no swimming pool as it's a 3-star hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On the first day, I checked in late, around 10 PM. The hotel area is actually very close to the LRT station. However, if you are a woman traveling alone, I suggest you be more careful when crossing the pedestrian bridge because there are many homeless people there. The hotel area is clean, there are 2 elevators in front, but because my room was on the 7th floor, I had to wait for the elevator to go up first before going down to the lobby to go up. Because the elevator was slow, it took a long time if I was in a hurry. My first night was quite comfortable and clean, but I found the towels were not very clean and had a lot of dust. Because it was very late, I didn't ask for new towels. The water flow in the bathroom was very strong. There was hot and cold water. I really liked it. The next day, I told the receptionist to clean the room and asked for cleaner towels. My room was cleaned well, but the towels still had dust that sticks to them when your body is wet. It was very uncomfortable, so I had to rinse them again. The third night, I found a small cockroach in my room. So I caught it myself and threw it away with a tissue. Other than that, the staff were all friendly. It's close to the LRT station and there's a police station across from the hotel. I even asked one of the police officers for directions. This is my second stay at this hotel. There are minimarkets and restaurants nearby, and the Bukit Bintang shopping center isn't far either. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention to the cleanliness of the towels and rooms in the future. Other than that, I liked it and recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel around Bukit Bintang. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Continuing to make it easier, so I rent again. Grab is easy. It's just a congested area, though. I like the view from the room.

It's easy to find food in the city center because it's close by, so you don't have to cross the street. Chinatown is close, and Bukit Bintang is close.

The hotel wasn't too far from the city center, but it wasn't particularly close either. It was clean, but the elevator button for floor 8 was broken when I was on the 8th floor, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything else was fine.

Excellent for a budget hotel, close to Alor Street Food Centre. The location of the hotel is just in front of Pudu station.

It's an excellent hotel where I always feel looked after. Rooms were clean, convenient, comfortable, cheerful & equipped with complete amenities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were great restaurants within walking distance & also near Petaling Street, only a 5-minute walk.

The air conditioner needs to be serviced; it was not cool enough for our hot summer holiday.

This hotel does not provide breakfast, but near the hotel there are those who sell breakfast. Although there are not many choices, the location is full of shops such as 7 Eleven. Regarding the room, the interior is standard, but the air conditioning is not that cold because it is located right near the entrance.
