I stayed here for 6 nights in a Deluxe Queen room. Let me tell you guys about my terrific experience here. First of all, the room was very clean and comfy and the air conditioner worked on-point. There was also a safe in my room. The room's view was cute, The lighting system in the room was one of the highlights, as there were among 5-6 different levels of yellow light, which gives the room a particular warmth. You could adjust the light so that it'd fit your routine. The bathroom was also clean with standard facilities - nothing to complain about! The room was cleaned on a daily basis. You could talk to the room cleaner about the exact time you want it to be cleaned. Of course new towels and toothbrush/toothpaste were renewed daily. I booked the room in advance (with breakfast included), and the price for breakfast/person was less than $3! You read that right. And did i mention it included 6-8 main courses, eggs cooked in desired techniques, fresh veggies, toast (with butter/peanut butter/jam), cake, cereal, fruits, milk and fruit juices? The flavor was a little bit Indian-influenced (well, this is Bukit Bintang!) but it was overall acceptable. And for the price, the quality was very good. My friend and i appreciated just how we could load ourselves with nutrition without worrying about what and where to eat - it saved us a great deal of time to instead spend on visiting places. The staff was very helpful, getting us a Grab taxi a few times a day daily. Once checking out, i couldn't manage to be on time and went to the counter at 2:30pm instead of 12:00pm, but the manager didn't make me pay any additional fees. Believe me when i say, i still miss that hotel room now that i'm back home from the trip! The only disadvantage was that you could sometimes hear what happens in the room next door, and it's hard to catch a taxi from the hotel. But those weren't major problems for me - and the good points far outweigh these. I will definitely stay here if i revisit Kuala Lumpur.
