Room was very dirty, staff behavior not good, ac isn't function well, bed sheet and bed cover all dirty, smelling, receptionist attitude very bad. He didn't solve my problem.

This hotel service is really bad, guest trying to go inside my room, but the receptionist still accepting it without my consideration.

Two points I'm not happy when I just checked into my room (I) I saw used towels by previous guest still in my room (ii) the mini bar not cold more like warm. But I really happy was that they quick to respond when I called the staff to fix them. The staff cleared the used towels and changed another mini bar for me. Good job. Will come back again.

Good hotel, worth the money, location near Petaling and Alor, you can walk to that places. We stayed there for 7 nights. We are happy and will be back if we go to Kuala Lumpur again
