The hotel staff is friendly, and English is not necessary. It's close to Pudu Sentral Terminal, a 5-minute walk, and Alor is a 15-minute walk.

A bit dirty, not clean from the hallway to the bedroom. Poor soundproofing, especially the old facility so the fan is noisy.

Conveniently located near Chinatown (Petaling Street), within walking distance. Grab can be arranged to meet you at the lobby. Each room receives one key card, two elevators, an iron, complimentary face masks, two bottles of drinking water, a toothbrush and toothpaste set, soap (no shampoo), and a hair dryer. Nearby are 7-Eleven and KK (cash only) stores. There is a RM50 deposit, and the hotel accepts only cash*** (I used THB1,000 as a replacement). There is also a RM10 tax per room per night. Luggage storage is available after check-out. Overall, I was impressed. The only complaint was that the refrigerator contained food from previous guests and was not properly cleaned.

Good location, easy mostly flat walking distance to Bukit Bintang area & Pavilion. Good for a short stay.

The hotel building seems old but not spooky, the room is fully furnished with a refrigerator and toiletries, toothbrush, and mineral water, cleanliness is 8/10, the only downside is that there is no proof for storing items, the items are just placed without any identification so there is a concern about their security.

The location is quite strategic in Pudu. There are kopitiam, minimarket, laundry nearby. The deluxe triple room fits 2 adults and 2 children. Open the curtains and you can directly see Merdeka Tower 118. You can walk less than 1 km to the street food on Jl. Alor. The bathroom only uses an upstairs shower. The hotel facilities cannot meet high expectations. Perhaps this hotel was once at its peak.

The hotel is clean. The amenities and facilities are so so. LRT plaza rakyat and pudu sentral station is opposite. Pasar Seni and Petaling can be reached by walking. One minus is the staff is not very friendly.

Hotel is close to China town, bus hub to Airport, and metro. About room is not so bad but not so good, not clean and can hear noise from outside room.

I am Vietnamese and this is my first time traveling to Malaysia. I must say that I am very satisfied with Hotel Transit. Because the room is clean, fully equipped and only 1-2km from famous dining places. Everyone should try to experience this hotel.
