• iBook Homestay doesn’t provide receptionist assistant. Guest kindly contact us in advance to confirm the estimated arrival time.
• Basic guided tour will be provided to the guests upon check-in.
• Check-in policy : After 3.00pm
• Check-out policy : Before 12.00pm
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.
• In the event of reservation cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival OR no-show, the payment is non-refundable.
• A security deposit of cash RM100.00 will be collected upon check-in. It is fully refundable during check-out if there are no damages, lost , massive dirt or the house rules is not violated.
• We appreciate our guest will behave on sensitive issue and observe the house rules to avoid complaint from neighborhood. This will make a better place to stay for you and other guest as well.
• Guests are NOT allowed to held party in the house during their stay.
• Avoid loud talking and noises outside of the house.
• If you come across anyone asking, please do not reveal anything about homestay renting. Just tell you’re staying in a friend’s or relative’s house will do.
• iBook Homestay premises are for residential accommodation and shall not be used for any purposes. Immoral or commercial activity is strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, pets, durians, explosive materials are allowed inside the house.
• Smoking is allowed at smoking area or outside of the house only.
• Loss of keys or access card is subject to a penalty of RM100.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle or belongings. Please ensure all your belongings are with you before you leave. Vehicle are parked at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for any accident, injury or misadventure. Guests are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements in respect of any injuries suffered by them, or caused by them to any third party.
• Last but not least, please help to keep the suites/studios environment clean and enjoy your stay with us!

Late giving check in information, wait until last minute then call the picture then just let us know how to check in. Say have parking place but next day suddenly give the parking lot to other customer and let me park at other resident house, when asking why just say customer come then give customer, then how about me? Not customer or we not pay the room? Bad experience.

I like the location of the inn because it is close to the mall, the room is pretty clean but according to the staff according to the staff to clean the room twice a day, this is in my opinion should not be appropriate every day and requested by us, and towels sometimes smell good and sometimes smell, Because we stay here for 7 days and 6 nights, other things until we ask for the soap is not filled again. Regarding the room that was requested from the beginning that I want the ground floor or the ground floor but until we complain it will be given according to our request, What they originally wanted was for us upstairs. Hopefully this entry can be fixed and useful for all the people who are staying here, thank you.

The room I stayed was a floor extension which was quite spacious, comfortable, private and had a balcony. What I didn't like with this room was that the (private) bathroom was outside (next to balcony). But I think such room only one in iBook. Location was great, not far from Gurney Plaza, the famous Gurney Food Complex and convenient store.

It is nearly from gurney plaza. The room is very big, clean, cozy, comfortable. But there are not a receptionist for check in. You have to call to owner for check in.
