Just walk 30 meters outside the hotel and you'll find Macalister Street and New Line Night Street Food. The hotel is very strategically located near Komtar and the bus terminal. This hotel is truly the best. Ambiance/Facilities: Comfortable and well-equipped with a water dispenser. Food: Close to New Line Night Street Food. Staff Assistance: Very Friendly. Highlights: Conveniently located, with a convenient location. Price: Best Value. Location: Very strategically located near Komtar and the bus terminal.

This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating, making our check-in seamless. Housekeeping was top-notch.

Our favorite hotel since we first arrived in Penang. It's right next to Gleneagles Hospital, making it easy to get checked in. It's close to a pharmacy, minimarket, and Starbucks. It's also easy to find food; there's a delicious and well-known Chinese restaurant right in front of the hotel. If you're looking for something local, there's delicious and affordable nasi kandar and several other dishes behind the hotel. Getting around is also easy; there's a bus stop in front of the hospital. If you want to exercise, just cross the street to Gurney Bay and you can even walk to the mall as it's close by. Highly recommended!

It was a very pleasant stay at One Pacific. The rooms were clean, and all the staff and security were kind and helpful. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to several major hospitals in Penang. Shopping malls and dining options are also nearby. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy next door. There's a restaurant across the street. If I return to Penang, I'll definitely stay here again.
