Second time staying here. It never disappoints. It's a perfect hotel for a family vacation, with plenty of children's rides and close to the beach. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is varied and delicious. We will be back with our family.

I had a wonderful 2D1N stay at PARKROYAL Penang. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the beachfront location and relaxing pool area. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay—I would definitely come back again!

Smooth check-in experience and very friendly staff. The staff were attentive and approached us first to ask if we needed anything. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great time. We also made a last-minute request for my husband’s birthday surprise, and the team was very helpful and accommodating. They made the arrangement possible, and we truly appreciated their effort. Overall, we had a lovely stay!
