Request early check in due to one of the family members was not feeling well. They quickly looked for a room for us to checked in. Appreciate theire understanding and consideration. Surrounding got few restaurants which is walkable from the hotel and the food was nice too especially lemon curry noodle. The room was clean and and bed is nice to sleep.We will book this hotel again in future if we travel Penang again

Great value for money, very comfortable room, and a brand new property. The walls are super thin though, and you can hear everything (including people switching plug points on and off)... but that being said, for a one or two night trip, this hotel was an excellent find.

The bed is from King Koil, which improves your sleep quality and differentiates the accommodation from its competitors. Just a minor quirk: the wire from the water kettle is too short, and I ended up having to boil water by placing it on the sofa as the power socket is located too far from the main cabinet.
