Quality and food variety could be better

Pros: Apartment was big and spacious Location was central Neg: charged 4 euro tourist tax for two nights, next hotel was 50 cents for one night🤔 Asked for an clothes iron, it didnt have the countries plug, asked at reception for an adaptor or another iron and i was offered to buy one for 10 euro "i had to" felt like a scam to me

Accommodations were nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make and eat a meal. Skip the breakfast and go grab something across the street. There’s a lot of options. Truly the only downside and a big one was all the construction. The main roads were blocked all the way down to the beach. Making a maze out of the streets. Even the beach front streets were blocked. It really ruined the atmosphere. Wish we had stayed anywhere else due to this. Having a washing machine was nice. AC was nice a cool. Staff was accommodating and got me an extra pillow when asked.

Basic cleaning in room, beds make alot of noise when you move and trying to sleep, bright lights on the balcony stays on until after midnight, not good when trying to get sleep.had problem with TV asked at the reception five times over two days with three different staff members before someone came to sort the problem out When i asked for an ironbroad they told me to use the bed or dining table.

Staff helpful and friendly. Regular clean rooms and fresh towels.

Just a stroll from he water - cute rooms. A bit dated but comfortable enough and a great location. The reception fellow during the day was amazing 🏆

The day before we checked out we put the sign “please clean up my room” on the door. We came back to the hotel and it was not done. They told us they took a picture of the sign being “do not disturb”. I believe they wouldn’t clean the room a day before the checkout, making me look stupid. Despite this, it was a good stay.

I booked this property for the location and reading the reviews. It did not disappoint! We were on the 4th facing the street. The place we had was like a small little apartment with all modern amenities. It was great having two balconies and the washing machine was a bonus. There is BOV across the street, a few good places for groceries right outside the hotel and a few steps from the square:) The place was very clean and the rooftop patio was very relaxing with 360 view of the sea and surroundings. I would definitely recommend this place and would be doing a rebook when we retirn

Could have easily been rated 5 stars had it not been for a few instances. Firstly the owner/manager was quite rude on two occasions, unnecessarily due to his lack of communication and customer service skills. I stayed at this accommodation with a few very easy going friends, for quite a lengthy period and felt like we were not valued for whatever reason. Huge AC problems as it can/was being controlled from downstairs. Some nights we had no AC in the living room as it was switched off by owner/receptionist staff. This was raised a few times and we went back and forth with it working then not. Humidity can and does occur with paint from ceiling falling off onto kitchen section, however this could have been cleaned up before our arrival - first impressions count. I can go into detail about the toilet not working on the first night and the power cut of the whole building one instance, which could have been brushed off had the owner not left a sour taste in our mouth. The apart hotel is very well placed in St Pauls and we actually did enjoy it and its facilities but we were definitely not valued and spoken to poorly by the owner. They say we can use the rooftop in evening after hours, however all the lights are turned off so it is pitch black, pointless. We gave this establishment a very decent amount of money but will not be coming again. No communal bins to throw our waste and rubbish bins as we preferred no one to enter room. No vending machines in building, shops close early

We really enjoyed this hotel/apartment. It was perfect for our stay. The staff were friendly, the space roomy, the buffett breakfast delicious, location central, the washing machine a life saver. Next time we stay in Bugibba, we’d stay here again.

The apartment was very nice

The apartment was nice and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. I really appreciated that. But unfortunately, there was loud construction work starting every morning around 7am, which made it hard for me to rest properly. It would’ve been nice to know about it before booking, or at least be offered another room. Also, there was a door in my apartment that connected to another room or apartment — it was locked, but the key was left on the other side, which didn’t make me feel fully safe as a solo traveler. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few things could definitely be improved.

It was good, I wish the cleaners would knock before entering your room at 8-10 in the morning, apart from that great hotel

I really like the price of this stay. The price is phenomenal for the things it offers. What i didn’t like was the restaurant in the 8th floor. We had some trouble with the food, and the manager (not the waiters) was a bit a aggressive when we told him the food we ordered wasn’t the right one. It was bad the customer service there.

Loved it, nice people good location.

Staff is nice, room is good, but noisy. WiFi does not work inside bedrooms. Other than that, good value for your money
