My recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. I stayed for two nights and did not request room cleaning in between; however, upon check-in, I found that the room was not properly cleaned. The bed had no proper duvet cover, only one pillow had a pillowcase—which itself did not appear clean—and the bed made constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I requested a clean duvet cover and bed sheet from the reception and eventually replaced them myself. I mentioned this politely as feedback, not as a complaint. Upon checkout, the situation became extremely unpleasant. I had left a few papers and towels on the floor and had eaten some fruit and snacks on the kitchen table. When the housekeeping staff entered, they began shouting at me and even threatened me with penalties. Shortly after, the hotel owner joined in and displayed shockingly rude and disrespectful behavior. They exaggerated the situation, accused me of leaving the room in a terrible state, and even told me to clean the room myself. Both the housekeeping staff and the owner were shouting, using inappropriate language, and even said that I was “not welcome again” when I mentioned that I would file a complaint. Ironically, the so-called “big mess” they described was cleaned in just a few minutes, which clearly shows their claims were exaggerated. Ein drei Sterne Hotel Leider sehr sehr hellhörig, man hört jede unterhaltung im Nachbarzimmer, genauso wie duschen und Toilette. Schön war die kleine Kühenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Herd.

Pros: Apartment was big and spacious Location was central Neg: charged 4 euro tourist tax for two nights, next hotel was 50 cents for one night🤔 Asked for an clothes iron, it didnt have the countries plug, asked at reception for an adaptor or another iron and i was offered to buy one for 10 euro "i had to" felt like a scam to me

Accommodations were nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make and eat a meal. Skip the breakfast and go grab something across the street. There’s a lot of options. Truly the only downside and a big one was all the construction. The main roads were blocked all the way down to the beach. Making a maze out of the streets. Even the beach front streets were blocked. It really ruined the atmosphere. Wish we had stayed anywhere else due to this. Having a washing machine was nice. AC was nice a cool. Staff was accommodating and got me an extra pillow when asked.

Trevliga och stora rum, rent och fräscht. Nära både till restauranger och vatten/bad.

Basic cleaning in room, beds make alot of noise when you move and trying to sleep, bright lights on the balcony stays on until after midnight, not good when trying to get sleep.had problem with TV asked at the reception five times over two days with three different staff members before someone came to sort the problem out When i asked for an ironbroad they told me to use the bed or dining table.

Camera accogliente e pulita. Colazione buona ma non grandissima scelta. Personale molto gentile.

Staff helpful and friendly. Regular clean rooms and fresh towels.

Keine Sitz gelegenheit im Zimmer, kein Spiegel. Sonst alles okay. Besonderes: Die Freundlichen Menschen im Hotel. Sehr Bemüht einen weiter zu helfen und fragen zu beantworten.

Hotel was very clean and the staff helpful at all times. Hotel is located in very lively area of town. Close to busses

Staff were informative and handle everything well. Great environment and amenities.

Nyt og moderne hotel. Søde mennesker i receptionen. Stuen var lidt mørk, da der ikke var noget vindue i det rum. Ikke noget opvaskemiddel til at klare opvasken. Lever op til billederne

Très bien placé, calme, idéal pour les familles. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Magnifique rooftop en libres accès. Le petit déjeuner manque peut-être un peu de variété mais cela ne retire rien à la qualité de l'établissement.

That was a good experience, but the cleaning was not very well done although it was not very dirty, but some areas especially in the kitchen and some nooks and crannies should have been better cleaned

Just a stroll from he water - cute rooms. A bit dated but comfortable enough and a great location. The reception fellow during the day was amazing 🏆
