Pésimo, no respetaron la reservación, y los de recepción todos hostiles, esperando que me resolvieran oi de los s huéspedes que ya estaban puras quejas , y uno que ni siquiera le dejaron subir comestibles a su habitación porfavor, saquen a este hotel de su plataforma, no merece estar aquí, años que utilizo hoteles.com y jamás me había pasado este inconveniente, según ellos no me confirmaron la reservación. Fuera de la plataforma, solo le hace quedar mal, y déjeme decirle que no fuimos los únicos, en el momento que yo estaba a seis reservación es le hicieron lo mismo, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel

No cuenta con estacionamiento propio ni para todos los huéspedes, sólo cuenta con un contacto para cargar el celular y se encuentra en el baño, no cuenta con tallas para sacarse las manos y par poner en el suelo para salir de la ducha.

Los persoales super bueno, solo falta no esperais llegarnos a alojamiento hasta 23:00, ellos librar mis reservas a las 17:00 (registrad de check-in a las 15:00, ademas los informaciones no indica sobre re-confima). Ultimamente esta bien, pero estoy preocpando cargais a mi tarjeta.
