Great place to stay

Staff were good. In the room the safe wouldn't open. The sink had no plug. The tap was very wobbly and not fitted properly. The coffee machine had 2 pods and sugar but no milk or cream so black coffee was the only option.

The hotel offers a shuttle. Ours was over 40 minutes late. When we went to get the shuttle from the airport but they gave us the wrong pick up spot. We tried to call them but no one answered. Seriously. 😒 n addition, the table lamps didn’t work in our room nor did the fan/air conditioning. The staff came and looked at it and told us there was nothing they could do. What?!?! We will not be back.

Good place to stay near Schiphol.

The bathroom was not draining properly, and we saw bugs on the floor. A microwave will be good in the rooms to warm up food.

The rooms here are tiny and the location is out of town however if you want a base for exploring this hotel is excellent. There is a shuttle back to the airport or across the street is a direct bus every few minutes to Haarlem or the airport. The room is well equipped and the staff are helpful. It’s definitely not luxury but it’s very functional. The room is not serviced each day unless you ask but they’re happy to change towels etc on request.

The bar was clean and tidy staff were excellent well entertaing and knowledgeable.

The shuttle from airport didn't turn up and then the next one drove straight passed the shuttle bus stop so we had to get a taxi. Ended up getting a taxi in the morning as well....

Unfortunately the internet was not working at the time of my stay, (a problem of the internet provider, not the hotel). The staff, especially Justina and Melissa were really helpful and good company at the bar. Recommended.

Had a great and quiet time here. Menah the receptionist was really helpful.

This is a good place to stay. Beds are soft and confortables. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurant is good but expensive.

What we did NOT like is, there is NO elevator !

We stayed for four nights. The reason we chose this hotel is they offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. When traveling, your time is most important because you cannot get it back. The employees at this hotel and at their sister hotel do not understand the importance of not wasting the customer's time. The shuttle was never on time. We always had to wait. Once we waited over an hour at the sister hotel for the shuttle to come pick us up. After the shuttle arrived, the driver was very upset with us that he was going to have to take us to the sister hotel. This occurred during the day and normal working hours, not at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The keys to the rooms did not open the doors. A lot of customers had to return to the front desk to have their keys redone so they would open their door. the staff never apologized or took responsibility for the error; Some of them even laughed and blamed the mistake on another staff member. All the staff I encountered acted as if I had all the time in the world to spare and that I was there to appease them instead of them appeasing me. They tried to reflect their errors and mistakes onto me. When an error occurred and it was often and not just with me but with others as well, the staff would say it was the customer's fault. The staff acted as if the customer could go behind the counter and correct the staff's mistakes. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS NOT A GOOD HOTEL .

fridge in one of the rooms was not working, found out after coming back from city with items that need to be in the fridge (cheese/meats etc.,). raised issue with staff before bed, said it will be replaced next day as they cannot do anything anymore since its tool ate. nexdt day still not replaced, raised issue again in the evening, still same response. raised issue in the morning and finall y was replaced, but spent 2/3 nights without any fridge available in the room. also bought 3 rooms, one with 2 beds and 2 with king size beds, but all 3 had separate single beds.
