Romantic stay for our anniversary and they definitely deliverd a fabulous experience. Everyone we met from our arrival to our departure were so professional, experienced and most importantly very friendly. The food was superb especially their Michelin star japenese restaurant. The pool and spa area were relaxing and quiet which was pleasant. The location is nice and a nice walk to the city centre. It would be nice to see more gluten free options especially in the lounge, however when this was highlighted to Management they listened so hopefully next time we return they have more gf options. Thank you for a fabulous weekend 10/10

Rooms were good, spacious. Attention to detail. Housekeeping prepared the essentials, so much attention from a sleep well card, to the name of the person who prepared your room. Thank you Niculina! Toiletries were all set up, toiletries were restocked whilst I was out. Staff are exceptional, service was 5* Rated it 3* on the basis that my hotel deposit of €100 was not refunded fully, despite not using anything in the room. For a luxury hotel, this was something that shouldn’t have been missed.

ホテルの雰囲気はよかった。シンプルで上品なロビー、親切なスタッフ、清潔な部屋、バスルームは、さすがオークラ。義理両親も満足そうだった。一階のレストランも美味しかった。ちょっとダウンタウンから距離はあったが、歩いてすぐの場所に日本食レストランがあった。せっかくの日系ホテルなら、日本語対応できるスタッフが1人でもいればよかったんじゃないかな。

The lobby area was very welcoming. They had put up a Christmas tree and lights which felt warm and festive. You can tell that the hotel had put a lot of effort in to the design and flow. It was in a good location, with good restaurants on site and others within 5 minutes walking distance. The spa and swimming pool was very clean and had a lovely decor. The rooms were of good size and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They were very welcoming of children and provided little slippers and sponges which was a nice touch. The staff at breakfast, the bar and serre were lovely and very attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue we encountered was at check in where the employee literally just handed us the key and pointed to the elevators, unfortunately I had to ask him about details of breakfast, hotel facilities and when asked about bookings at the restaurants he simply replied you will be lucky to get a slot and did not even check. We did manage to speak to another member of staff later on who was better versed at making bookings.

日本のホテルということで、義理の両親のために予約しました。スタッフの対応、シンプルで清潔感あるロビー、部屋、どれも気に入りました。一つ言うなら、周りが静かなレジデンスエリアなので、ショッピングできる店などからは少し離れています。高齢の両親とはホテル内のレストランで夕食を考えていたのが予約がいっぱいでした。もう少しレストランがあればよかったなと思いました。少し歩けば、レストランはあるので歩ける方は問題ないです。
