I stay here often because it's the same quality experience every time. Large beds (uncommon in Amsterdam), great transportation options right outside the door, a competent, responsive staff, and reasonably priced accomodations. My stays have ranged from 7 to 18 nights - and I keep coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location was perfect. It allowed us to travel to and from the airport and other locations with no hassle. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It was the ideal base for exploring the city, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was great. So close to Sloterdijk Station which made it very quick and easy to get around. Not an attractive neighbourhood, but didn’t really care. Felt very safe except when I had to leave for the train station at 5 a.m. There were no trains running to Amsterdam Centraal at that hour on a Saturday, so opted for an Über rather than waiting for an a bus at a dark and deserted Sloterdijk. Bed and room were very comfortable and the kitchenette had all the essentials. Dislikes: slamming room doors late at night and the wifi didn’t work consistently.

Pros: Located next to public transit hub. Very convenient to get everywhere. Cons: Can't control a/c in your room. Front desk staff/customer service was hit or miss. Room I stayed in was worn and right side of the mattress was saggy so couldn't sleep on that side.

I always like the staff. Cleanliness excellent. Check in, check out smooth. Didn't use amenities this time..Still live location, transportation options.
