We stayed for 7 nights in September and got a room with kitchen facility. The beds are comfortable. The staff are all professional and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Staff were great, very helpful and accessible! The hotel was spacious, clean and had many amenities that were useful including a small kitchen in the room, a gym and rooftop terrace perfect for resting. It is also conveniently located right next to a transit station that was accessible and easy to navigate!

Lovely lobby and amenities! Room was exactly like the photos and was very clean. If you need to be making food like we did, the kitchen was great. The only thing I'll say is that the microwave/oven wasn't that strong power wise. The room is also temperature controlled so it was nice and cool during the heat wave. Easy to access city center by a 5 minute ride by train! Other than that, easy check in and out with the friendly and helpful staff! Fair warning-100 euro deposit is taken upon check in but that is stated prior to booking the room and given back when checking out.

Excellent location, can get bus, tram or train to anywhere!! Jumbo supermarket nearby to get your groceries as the rooms have cooking facilities. Felt safe and secure. Good bike rental rates. And the water at reception is the best I’ve ever had!! Rooms are clean but bedding only gets changed every 4 days if you are staying less than a week. So if you are hypoallergenic I would add a note to ur booking. Fantastic hotel. I will be back here if I return to Amsterdam again. Used to stay at the urban lodge nearby but this is a far superior choice for the same if not lesser price!

The bed was superking so that was a nice treat! But not all rooms are air conditioned. We were in a standard room and quite warm during our stay. The kitchen in the room was fantastic, it had everything we needed and they give you a cleaning kit too! The bathroom was nice and clean but had no shelves, so there wasn’t anywhere to put your wash bag or place your shower bottles anywhere in the shower. The location of the hotel was fantastic! It’s one stop away from Amsterdam central, it only takes 10 mins to get into the centre and there’s a large tram stop and bus station very close as well! I only had 2 grievances, firstly when we arrived the sheets were clearly laundered, but there were 2 hairs on the pillows, which personally does gross me out. Then when we were leaving we returned to grab our luggage to catch our train but there was a huge queue for the reception desk. We had to stand around for about 20 minutes before we could get our bags, which meant we almost missed our train.

It took 20 minutes to check in which from my vast experience of hotels is an extremely long time. The receptionist was quite rude in her demeanour talking to us as if we were stupid. The room temperature at check-in was over 24°. We told the same receptionist who came up to fire a laser gun at the air con system in the ceiling and she insisted it was on. We got a fan and went out for the evening but 4 hours later the room was at the same temperature and the same receptionist insisted it was working….. ok! It stayed the same temperature throughout our stay and the other person in our group had the same issue with her room. We were on the third floor and there is no window safe lock so we did not feel safe at all with the window open as you could quite easily just fall out from three floors up! We didn’t spend much time in the hotel and the other staff seemed quite polite, so maybe it was just bad timing that we got the unhelpful one!! Great location for the station and we were grateful for the water in reception. Would we stay again…. Maybe in winter when the aircon wouldn’t be such an issue

Very close to the train station/bus station /tram station. Easy commute with all these forms of transportation. Also close to the Jumbo grocery store to grab things to eat or cook. Small kitchen helpful for longer stay. Clean room. Just some cleaning agent or fragrance smell in the hallways/hotel entry. Highly recommended.

Clean and cozy. The water is warm for showers and they clean everyday if you want them to. The area is close to the bus station but also easy to get an uber to the center, Centraal or Jordan. The area is safe and quiet.

Right next to Trams, Trains and Buses for immediate exploration of Amsterdam. So no long distant walk every time you want to travel. It is a quiet area with not too much happening right out the door, but for people that want to visit all the Amsterdam neighborhoods and surrounding cities and villages and go go go with 20-29k steps a day, it is perfect. There are big parks in the vicinity that you can rent a bike and see the area at an easy pace.

Location was so convenient: One train stop away from Amsterdam Centraal (I think staying in the city would be too noisy, smelly for us and am so grateful Hotel2stay was always clean...no one seemed to be smoking outside the hotel either). The other option for transportation is the bus, which is right outside the hotel door. We also got to the airport (AMS) in 12 min. Or something like that. Although there was no breakfast served, we could easily cook or own or grab something at either of the two supermarkets 5 min. Walk away. Since there was a kitchen they give you a box of kitchen cleaning items if you choose to wash dishes. There is a gym (which we used) and it has a water dispenser, plus another in the lobby) and laundry facilities. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but clean.

Stay was better than expected. We received a free upgrade to a full apartment and the staff were amazing. Great place to stay while visiting Amsterdam, with a quick train ride into the city center. Very quiet, convenient and easy area of the city to stay.

It is so convenient next to the train/bus station AND very quiet.You could not hear the trains.It was very clean,helpful staff and having a kitchen for light meals was excellent.I will stay here again on my next trip and will recommend to my family. For an elderly experienced traveler I could not ask for more.

It was all amazing! The atmosphere, how commute hotel2stay was, 1 stop away from Centrall, trams and buses right outside to get you anywhere! Only sad part of our trip was that we couldn’t stream anything on the TV (Netflix or Disney+) due to a service error they occurred on our arrival! I’d give this rating overall a 9/10
