Stayci Apartments Central Station

Courtyard of apartments. Ground floor ones have small terrace. Comfy sofa converts to bed and twin room beds are reasonably comfortable. Generously appointmented with washing up, tea/coffee, towels etc and a clever key system.

Fabulous location right next to Centraal train station. Very quiet area. Kitchen was well-equipped.

It is a very pleasant environment, everything is close, the apartment is sufficient for a family of 4. The stairs are quite steep, but overall a comfortable apartment that has everything you need. Communication was fantastic. If we visit the Netherlands again, this will be our preferred accommodation.

Lovely people. Problem with heating and it was very cold. They tried to resolve but said they couldn’t fix it until after we left. They did offer us another place, but it was a lot to pack up and unpack and repack just for two more days out of the 4 we stayed. They did give us some compensation. Also a problem with the washer. They did give us instruction packet in English on the last day and tried to help resolve before that. Again, very nice people and close to the train station. Hopefully they will have the heating resolved by now. As mentioned by others the apartment above does not have good floor insulation so it can be noisy ans the ceiling in this apartment could be insulated and the bed is right next to the window on the street, but it’s a fairly quiet street. Just a bit disconcerting. And as others have mentioned the two single beds really could do with replacing. The owners know about all these issues, so hopefully things can be addressed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Central Station apartment. The actual apartment needs some work but the beds were comfy; we had everything we needed and the location was amazing!

The property was clean, in a quiet neighbourhood and conveniently located. The communications from the team were timely and helpful too. The fire alarm went off for some time one morning (from another apartment) and there were a couple of instances where the key lock didn’t work (server issues were given as the explanation - though I have to give credit to the team who responded very quickly to all enquires), meaning we couldn’t get into the property for a few minutes (10-15mins). I would stay there again if visiting The Hague for a break.

Many great aspects to this apartment. If you are travelling by train or bus it couldn’t be closer to the station. It’s quiet, with an enclosed courtyard in the middle of all the units. It’s quite spacious..like a home away from home. The beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen was well appointed, with a dishwasher but there is no oven. The shower was good, always plenty of hot water and the washer/dryer was a bonus! However, if you have mobility issues I don’t recommend this apartment as the stairs to the bed and bath are quite harrowing. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean but it’s ready to have the carpet on the stairs and the dining room chairs deeply cleaned. The people were lovely and easy to deal with. We would happily return.

Loved the enclosed private courtyard for our two young children to run around in. The apartment was roomy and looked great. We got used to the ‘Dutch’ staircase very quickly (including our 1.5 year old!) so that was never a problem and gave us a bit of a taste of Dutch living! Only a five minute walk to Den Haag Centraal and ten minutes into the city centre. The neighbourhood is lovely and fairly quiet (although there were some works on the canal outside at the time - didn’t bother us though). Recommended!

Clean, modern, well-equipped apartment Great location, near the train station and city centre. Close to shops and grocery stores. There are some good restaurants nearby as well.

The stay and the spot chosen was great as it was right in the city. The place was dusty in several places and I didn’t like that at all. Especially seeing that we waited until check in time to get the place, one would have thought the place is being cleaned. But NOT the case. The day before we checked out some folks moved in next door early morning, real strange, but such is life.

Lovely apartment, neighborhood was pleasant. Very convenient to the train station. No noise, don't worry. It has a nice courtyard too. The stairs are steep but that's normal for the Netherlands. I wish it had a double bed instead of these twin beds that always slide apart, perhaps that's just my cultural bias. The people were super nice. It is very nice to have a clothes washing machine. We were a couple plus my son so the apartment was a great base for walking to the train station and visiting Delft, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Leiden as well as The Hague.

The check in was really great. We arrive very early and they allow us for early check in. This help us a lot as we could off load our luggage and freshen up ourselves after 14 hours flight. The place is conveniently located across the central station, 5min by foot. There are alot of eatery and supermarket around. The unit we stayed were well equip and everythings were clean and looks new. We really enjoyed and wished we could stay longer. If I were to come back here, will definitely stay again.

The Hague stay was excellent, and the Stayci apartment was perfect. I brought my family (4 of us total), and the flat suited our needs. It was centrally located, right on a canal. We had easy access to transportation and the city was very walkable. The staff readily responded to any requests we had, very professional and friendly too.

These apartments are great - my one complaint is that the only choice was 2 single beds and they seemed very narrow even for single beds!

The Stayci apartments near Central station was an excellent, it had both a great location as well as giving a nice large room with a good price. Within a 3 minute walk to both the trams (to access different parts of the city) as well as Centraal station, to visit anywhere else in NL. The other nice thing I liked was that it was also only a 5/6 minute walk to the local supermarket (Albert heijn) meaning you could get food and not have to worry about having to walk really far with the groceries. My only complaint was the wifi was quite slow, while okay for basic browsing, it doesn't work for even basic streaming. Would stay there again, because of how nice the room and location were.

Very convenient to central station, shopping & site seeing.
