Very good location a 3 minute walk from the station and thus only two stops from Amsterdam Centraal. This hotel is terrific value for money and located in a really nice neighbourhood. The staff are super helpful. The rooms are modern and of a high standard (the shower is particularly good) with AC and smart TVs that can mirror your device for watching streaming etc.

When I checked out they told me that I have to pay for breakfast which I never had, which I told the lady at the reception then she said I might ordered the food the my room…… I never had any breakfast, I know what ordering food to room means?? Also for a hotel not accepting cash money only cards doesn’t make sense Thank you

We were returning after staying here in 2023. However, in the 3 nights we did stay our room wasn’t cleaned once. We had noticed the cleaners in the morning of our final day at the room beside us. When we returned at 4pm before heading out for the evening our room would have been done! However, this was not the case, happened to spot a cleaner and was able to get fresh towels. I thought this really let the hotel down. However staff at reception were nice, good location to the train.

All good. Great location for train and bus. The room could be restocked every day with tea milk soap and shampoo to save one going and asking for it. Pillows very hard. Asked for a soft one!

The Hotel was outdated and rooms were some kind of clean. The carpets were really old. The beds were comfortable. But our room kept loosing the electricity and we had to go downstairs a couple of times, so they finally sent an electrician. I asked at the front desk for iron but I never received it. The breakfast was decent. Overall this hotel is convenient for being so close to the train station but is not worth the money!

Hôtel très bien situé juste à côté de la gare. ´ Zaandam. Maximum de 20 minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville et maximum 30 minutes de l’aéroport. Je recommande.

I love the hôtel. Very close to the train station and in front of a supermarket. The room was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly.

Clean room, nice hot shower and strong AC. Grocery store and train station right across the street. An easy 2-stop commute to Amsterdam Centraal.

We only been notified at the check-in, the room service only operates 3 days once, which should be flagged at our online booking time, The room is not equipped with enough tissue, clean towels, shower gel, shampoo etc... for the 3 days, unless you call the reception for service. During our 5 nights stay, after the 3rd night the room service still not happening, we have to call the reception and a maintenance staff coming to helped us on the room supplies, garbage removal and sheet changing, which is sounds like not his scope of work... The vanity sinks & coat hook are installed very high and difficult to reach. The staffs are friendly, but the hotel 3 days once room service system is broken. The hotel bath room has mold and vent at the ceiling has a lot of dust. We recommend hotels.com to red flag/notify people, whom book more than 1 night. This is a very import part of the hotel stay experience.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estacion de tren de Zandaam y un supermercado al ladito tambien hay varias tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca pero honestamente nuestra estadia no fue buena. Esta viejo, sucio, las alfombras sucias y manchadas, habia moho en el techo del baño y todo lucia como si nunca han limpiado… tuvimoa que ir al supermercado a comprar detergente para higienizar un poco la habitacion (la chica del lobby muy amable nos dijo que limpiaban una vez a la semana y si requeriamos que fueran a limpiar debiamos avisar 24 horas antes (¿?)…. Esta al lado de un parquesito donde se sienta la gente a fumar y a escuchar musica hasta altas horas de la noche. La ropa cama limpia, (lo unico). Volvería? No.
