Our stay at the Ramada in Panama was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of by the attentive and friendly staff. The service was excellent, and everything we needed was provided with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The elevators were constantly out of order and made a lot of noise. The cleaners came super early at 9am every day. We told them to come back later and they never came back. We stayed for 7 days and the room was cleaned twice. The breakfast was cold and oily especially the eggs. The bread and pastries were stale. Very disappointing.

They have smart tvs in every room but not one of them work. We wanted a chill couple of nights in between travel. We switch 5 different rooms and none of the tvs worked for Netflix or prime. Why even have smart TVs. There was a cockroach in our room and they did not care. We asked for a refund and they said no sorry. The breakfast was terrible. They said from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8:00 everything was gone already and not replaced. The coffee machine plug did not reach the outlet so had to make coffee on the floor. They had a crash in the elevator. We do not strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not like the pictures at all. Outside and the lobby is pretty but its not like that inside. First day I got there and there is no restaurant at all at the property and nothing to eat there at night and the staff was very rude about it stating they only have breakfast. Its says its a “buffet” breakfast but there is not, its just whatever they serve that day and thats it. I stayed from Monday through Friday and there was no way to get someone to communicate from Orbitz with the hotel to cancel my reservation because they never answered the calls or the emails and I had to stay there. Dont book this hotel it its nothing like they say it is and they have a really bad customer service, there was a lot of people complaining there and the answer was that the manager was not on site until later, I never saw any manager. This feels like a scam, how sad is that they advertise they have amenities they dont. Unbelievable and Orbitz did nothing to fix this either.

When I arrived there was no bell boy to help with my bags then I had to search for the receptionist after doing so all 4 members of staff were just standing around having their own conversation eventually I had to get their attention and tell them I'm here to check in after checking in I had to wait for a long while even though check in was 3pm I was so upset and hot because the ac in the lobby wasn't working after making it to my room I noticed it was a dated and had cracks in the floor and poor repair work done then bed had a red dirty blanket the shower leaks below the door and floods bathroom the room is very tiny can't hold more than 1 person comfortable it's 1 of the worst hotel I've ever been in I don't recommend anyone staying here

This place was terrible, the room are ugly, the elevators are dirty and the pool area is horrible. You can hear from your room all that happens in the other rooms.
