Yes the breakfast was fresh.

I love the location of the property and how welcoming the staff were. The breakfast was great . I have no complaints, I will be back again.

Well the room need work. About wall ( painting) door and frame, floor it is no in good conditions, corredor ( painting too ) , they ask for $ 40 extra because arrived early and I paid cash. Breakfast very good. , AC very good too Good location, many restaurant.

Ac was good however, it throws allot of dust and it drips water. Needs better breakfast menus.

The room was clean. However upon arrival there were no towels in the room and I had to request same. The ac in the room no matter how much I turned it down it didn’t feel like it was getting colder but it was cold just wasn’t adjusting. The property itself could use an upgrade. Pool was an average 39inches deep pool but because there was 10 floors of rooms it always seemed full. The WiFi was also barely working. After all it was 3/5 star hotel so expect average. Customer service was top tier despite a little language barrier.

Location and parking was convenient. The breakfast offered was very good. Check in was very easy. The staff was very helpful. Gym was small, pool was small, we did not have an opportunity to use them. Room and clean and spacious.

Everything was awesome

The only problem we had with this hotel is that the rooms are a bit run down and ours was not very clean. Our room seemed to be literally falling apart in some areas. Otherwise the staff was helpful & polite and it’s in a good location.

Every thing was clean. Good breakfast to start the day. Central location. The parking lot was a plus.

The windows and walls of the hotel are green with mold. The separation between one room to the other is paper thin - I could hear the couple next door going at it. The bathroom shower flooded with ease. The vinyl wood floors were coming off from humidity. There were no amenities (no hand towel, no soap, no hair dryer). Seemed to be an hourly hotel for unassuming couples.

It would be nice that the check in staff could be aware of what’s happening in the area. Able to help the tourist. Would be nice also speak more English. Room cleaning staff was great. In the bathroom create better lighting. Great area for restaurants, coffee, & shopping! The best!

Floor in room was ripped up. I slept in my clothes and did not use the shower! I had reserved for 8 days but cancelled and only stayed for 1 night.

Great Staff

The elevators were constantly out of order and made a lot of noise. The cleaners came super early at 9am every day. We told them to come back later and they never came back. We stayed for 7 days and the room was cleaned twice. The breakfast was cold and oily especially the eggs. The bread and pastries were stale. Very disappointing.

La habitación tenía el baño con puerta transparente, por lo que era incómodo poder bañarnos. Las toallas no las ponían, me tocó bajar a recepción a pedirlas, del mismo modo, no nos daban agua a diario.

They have smart tvs in every room but not one of them work. We wanted a chill couple of nights in between travel. We switch 5 different rooms and none of the tvs worked for Netflix or prime. Why even have smart TVs. There was a cockroach in our room and they did not care. We asked for a refund and they said no sorry. The breakfast was terrible. They said from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8:00 everything was gone already and not replaced. The coffee machine plug did not reach the outlet so had to make coffee on the floor. They had a crash in the elevator. We do not strongly recommend this hotel.

Todo bien! Pero a las 5:30 am nos 2 personas nos trataron de abrir la puerta de la habitación. Para nuestra sorpresa les habían asignado en la recepción la misma habitación que a nosotros. El staff debe ser más cuidadoso al entregar las habitaciones para evitar situaciones parecidas
