The room was spacious, with a huge backroom and a cute balcony facing the courtyard. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was substantial with savory local dishes, fruits and drinks to choose from. Because it is a 15 minute walk away from the main square, the local area is pretty quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we needed after the Inca Trail hike. The hotel also offers a reasonably-priced laundry service that we made good use of. Only thing to note is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear much of the noises coming from upstairs and even the reception (we weren't there during a busy time so it was tolerable).

Saska is one my favourite hotels in Peru. The staff were very helpful and kind, the breakfast was fantastic for a smaller hotel, there werelots of food options. I saw most rooms had a little balcony area. The free filtered water was very helpful, wifi worked well, and the room was quiet. The only downside was our bed was firm.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly. I debated whether or not to write this, but I feel like other travelers should know. The first night of my stay I checked in kind of late after 9 PM. It was raining and there was a terrible sewer smell in my room. The smell lasted all night and I even tried to cover the drains with towels and cups and leave the door open. The next morning, the smell was slightly better, but it was still there so I decided I wanted to end my reservation early. The staff was very understanding and kind and did give me a refund. So I’m completely OK with mistakes as long as they are addressed and taken care of. The staff in the hotel did the right thing, and I would give them another chance. Who knows what the terrible smell was from if it was the rain or what but they did the right thing and fixed the problem so I applaud them for that.

Once again, decided to stay an extra night at Saska - our home away from home - Oscar and his team are really professional, helpful and humble. They’re here to make sure you’re enjoying Cusco the way you’re supposed to, give plenty of recos. The hotel is rather recent, super clean, and well maintained. Muchas gracias guys once again. We loved it. Greatest value & service!

We stayed a total of 5 nights in-between visits throughout the region of Cusco, and Carlos and his team are really awesome. Very friendly ppl, helpful, the place is neat, clean, a good size hotel, lil garden on the ground floor, the good sized rooms, beds are comfortable. Their breakfast really is amazing, fresh produce and juices, eggs, etc honestly a must. Analy and the cook are prepping a great and different breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this place. This was our home while in Cusco, and the value is unbeatable.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Cusco! It is around a 10-15 minute walk to the main square and also close to the Bus station. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was delicious and so convenient every morning. The front desk definitely stood out to us. The staff helped us with all of our needs from scheduling airport taxis to helping us learn what sights we should see. I would like to especially thank Carlos for his guidance! He even drew us a map of places to go to fill our entire free day. Not to mention they let us check in early due to our flight landing super early in the morning, and gave us late checkout. Great staff and a great place!

The great thing about Saska Hotel was that Carlos was very kind to us! We didn’t have any plans except for going to Machu Picchu. Then Carlos coordinated us to make plans, so we don’t get bored. I had an altitude sickness and without Carlos’s support We could not enjoy our first visit to Cusco. For example, he recommended us going to a tour, restaurants, and museums. Also the good thing was that they prepared for our breakfast and it was decent and the bedroom was very nice, but in the night it was noisy. I recommend to book the other side of the streets so you can sleep well. Saska Hotel had a good service because they had umbrella and an oxygen and coca tea for people who had an altitude sickness. Also in the room they had a refrigerator and a safety box. In the lobby they had filtered water, so we didn’t have to save money. Every day the cleaning person cleans daily and it was very comfortable. In the day we had to checkout at 10:00 and we had to use sometime until the flight departure at night. The good thing is that they kept our luggages for free.
