The property was top notch ! Rooms very clean . Staff super friendly and always willing to help out in any way they could . Security was great as well .

The room was not super clean. There was a pair of underwater from the last guest in our bedroom. Also it was very dusty. Furthermore, the fridge smelled awful! Outside of that, the view was great! Staff were friendly and helpful! You can order food to your room using their app, which was also cool! Nice selection of tv channels as well.

The room was nice though we were downgraded when we arrived to a smaller room. It was not like the room advertised that i paid for. The staff were nice and helpful, except for not answering the phones for over 30 minutes. I had to go diem and ask my question, and this one woman asked why i didn't call. She also mislead us about pool towels, saying the hotel did not offer them. " We don't do that." Actually they do, the bartender near the pool pointed out the area with clean towels. There were a couple of other problems with her, but we learn to laugh off the minor things. The other staff were great. The pool is nice. I liked the poolside bar. The tv is satellite but no Netflix or streaming service. Overall Good.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a great variety to choose. It was fresh, well prepared and presented. The staff was constantly replenishing the food to ensure a constant full dish.

3 star at best, the main room is ok but the bathroom is poorly designed and comes with a towel. For the same money, you can stay at a much nicer hotel which is a true 4 star.

Rooms are great. Hotel is located in a convenient place. Surrounding area kinda smells bad. A lot of street people out at night begging for money, and also many girls offering services.

Disappointing, very slow check-in. Corridors smell. Room has a musty / mouldy smell, noisy air-conditioning- sounds like a washing machine. Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Many armed security guards on site. Very secure. Robinson grocery and 7/11 on site. Many restaurants on ground level. Walking distance to many bars and nightclubs. Would most definitely stay here again.

Takes too long to clean the room. Dishes in the breakfast buffet are not marked if they are vegetarian/vegan.

The room was great. The Hotel was well kept and wouldn't hesitate to stay here on my next trip. I was not crazy about breakfast buffet. Food that should be hot was not and over the time I was here the selections never changed. There are several restaurants to choose from for other meals within minutes of hotel.

Outdoor pool was beautiful during the night. The cafe and restaurant were also very good and the staff there very friendly.

Room was clean, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. Staff was professional and attentive, the pool area had a great view and the breakfast option was plentiful.
