Very nice hotel Clean and quiet Extended my stay 3 days! Amazing staff

3 star at best, the main room is ok but the bathroom is poorly designed and comes with a towel. For the same money, you can stay at a much nicer hotel which is a true 4 star.

Rooms are great. Hotel is located in a convenient place. Surrounding area kinda smells bad. A lot of street people out at night begging for money, and also many girls offering services.

Disappointing, very slow check-in. Corridors smell. Room has a musty / mouldy smell, noisy air-conditioning- sounds like a washing machine. Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Many armed security guards on site. Very secure. Robinson grocery and 7/11 on site. Many restaurants on ground level. Walking distance to many bars and nightclubs. Would most definitely stay here again.

Takes too long to clean the room. Dishes in the breakfast buffet are not marked if they are vegetarian/vegan.

The room was great. The Hotel was well kept and wouldn't hesitate to stay here on my next trip. I was not crazy about breakfast buffet. Food that should be hot was not and over the time I was here the selections never changed. There are several restaurants to choose from for other meals within minutes of hotel.

Outdoor pool was beautiful during the night. The cafe and restaurant were also very good and the staff there very friendly.

Hôtel bien placé, personnel, sympathique, chambre, propre, petit déjeuner, excellent et varié. La piscine est propre bien entretenue avec une vue superbe sur la ville.

Room was clean, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. Staff was professional and attentive, the pool area had a great view and the breakfast option was plentiful.

We recently booked a six-night stay in this hotel. I rate this hotel 10/10. First of all, it’s off-season.The price I paid was very reasonable. We arrived early at 9 AM and were allowed early check-in without additional cost. The hotel stands out in cleanliness, prompt Customer Service and a king’s breakfast for two that’s offered at ABACA cafe - an upper mid to high end restaurant. It has a pool, gym, and laundry area. Transportation within the city is not a problem as there is a taxi line in front of the hotel. Their concierge is also very helpful. There is a free gallon of drinking water in the room and is replenished as needed. Anywhere in Europe and US, we always have to buy bottled water since some hotels don’t provide. Some do but just 1-2 bottles a day which isn’t enough. The hotel is within the Baseline group of buildings - a mixed development. It is fun to walk around and find an array of restaurants, coffee shops and stores, Most of all, there is a supermarket at the basement of Baseline Premier. The hotel is near hospitals and universities. I met some medical students from University of Bristol who are doing their clinicals at a nearby prestigious medical school in Cebu- just a walking distance. Now, I know where to go the next time I visit Cebu and need to find a hotel within the city.

Second time that me and my partner stayed at Citadines and this time was even better that the first one, a year and a half ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is prefect and the rooms are clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this place! :)

Great hotel in midtown Cebu. My room was spacious and clean, buffet breakfast had many options and the area has a number of food choices and a mid-sized supermarket. Many taxis available making it easy to get around the city.
