Citadines Cebu City

The property is in the middle of bustling Cebu City downtown. You have all the convenience of shopping, entertainment and dining.

Beautiful clean facility. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Enjoyed it very mich!

Average stay. Located in baseline centre so places to eat and supermarket just downstairs however nothing else nearby. Assistant manager checked us in and didn’t provide any notable positive experience. Housekeeping replaced room towels with the pool towels and they had an unclean smell to them.

This has been my Go To hotel in Cebu for years now. It never disappoints and has everything you need to start your adventure in the Philippines. The breakfast at Abaca is a joy. The staff are wonderful. I will always stay here very time I'm in the city.

Das Citadines ist in mehrfacher Hinsicht einfach ideal: intergiert ins Baseline Center findet man in ditekter Unge ung alles was man braucht: Restaurants, Gym, Supermarkt etc. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig und teilweise mit Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Unglaublich ist der Pool im 9. Stock und diverse weitere Dinge die den aufenthalt angenehm machen (Waschmaschinen bspw.). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist in einem relativ sicheren Viertel, aber wie gesagt, man braucht an sich nicht weg von dort.

Needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Cebu before heading back to Manila and Citadines was a perfect fit. First off, I need to mention that Citadines is a “serviced apartment” style hotel which means that rooms come with more than the usual hotel amenities. The main addition is a kitchen and pantry area complete with cookware and utensils. The basic amenities are all present and correct. The hotel is fairly new and it shows in the condition of the rooms and building in general. We did have an issue with the shower in our room having a very slow drain. First-timers might find the hotel's layout a bit confusing in that the hotel itself is just part of a high-rise multi-use skyscraper in the heart of downtown Cebu. What looks like reception is actually a concierge desk for arranging tours and activities – the actual reception is in the hotel lobby which is all the way up on the 9th floor. From the 9th floor up of the building is the actual Citadines hotel itself. The aforementioned pool was an ample size and wonderful to be in, whether just relaxing or turning laps. It does get a bit chilly though exposed to the wind at that height. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Room service isn't available from the hotel per se but they do inform you of an app that's available for delivery via a co-branded service. Service from the staff was above average. Location-wise the hotel was in a good spot in the heart of Cebu City. Overall, we had a great stay.

My 4 days stay at Citadine was extended to 2 more days , thats how comfortable i was . Clean, complete kitchen amenities which i was looking for , comfortable sleeping , close to everything in Cebu. Transportation was 100 percent available . No problem exploring outside and inside the city. An added bonus is the plentiful breakfast, and the plus amenities is the infiniti pool which i used several times . Shout out to all the friendly staff at Citadine Cebu , their politeness and friendly hospitality is excellent. I would recommend it . Note : there is a Super Market at the ground level .

Very clean and well maintained . Security is excellent . Staff are very nice and knowledgeable . Several dining options available in or at the property .

Very friendly staff, always greeted you with a smile. convenient location within the city . Breakfast is always abundant. Clean room always supply fresh towel. Transportation outside ( Taxi or grab available. There is a grocery supermarket at the basement with plenty of bake goods. Small eatery and several services at a lower level of Hotel . The infinity pools was the highlight. Diffidently will book at Citadine hotel again . put.

Da unsere vorherige Unterkunft voll mit Kakerlaken war, haben wir fluchtartig und ein Zimmer im Citadines gebucht. Das Citadines machte von außen, sowie von innen einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck, Abnutzungsspuren im Zimmer und Bad sind nicht vermeidbar und in einem ähnlichen Rahmen wie in Europa. Nachdem wir uns dann eingerichtet haben und die Sauberkeit, sowie das kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellte Trinkwasser genossen haben, wollten wir uns den wohlverdienten Schlaf gönnen, doch dann kam auch hier eine böse Überraschung.. direkt neben dem Kopfteil des Betts haben wir erneut eine Kakerlake entdeckt, diese konnten wir aber beseitigen und ruhiger schlafen. Leider jedoch haben wir am nächsten Tag weitere verschieden große Exemplare entdeckt, sodass wir die Rezeption aufgesucht haben. Hier muss ich wirklich ein großes Lob für die Mitarbeiter aussprechen! Die Reaktion des Mitarbeiters auf unsere Schilderungen zeigte uns, dass Ungeziefer in diesem Hotel nicht normal sind, ebenfalls war er sofort bemüht uns zu helfen. Wir sollten unsere Sachen bitte einpacken, wir werden ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.. gesagt getan, zehn Minuten später haben wir ein Upgrade in ein Zweizimmer Apartment erhalten welches bis zu unserer Abreise sauber, komfortabel und frei von Ungeziefer blieb. Dementsprechend, ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter und ein großes Danke für die Hilfe. Wir würden wieder kommen.

There is a mall on site with two gyms not including the one that is inside the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, staff are very friendly and professional. It’s a really good place to stay long term and having an onsite washing machine and dryer is a game changer.

Pictures look much better than the actual place. Definitely doesnt have a luxury feel to it. Poor water pressure in the shower. Clean enough but if looking for a nice luxury feel definitely not the place. Quite basic.
