I rarely leave negative reviews, but I need to be honest about my stay. In my personal opinion, this property is very misleading in advertising itself as a “luxury” or “5-star” hotel. From the outside, the building looks run down and poorly maintained, which explains why there are no exterior photos online, only interior shots. The hallways were unsettling. Many rooms looked unused with broken or damaged doors, and the lighting made the area feel neglected. I saw multiple insects, including centipedes, on the hallway floors. Even the elevator had a strong smell, like damp clothes that were never properly dried. The room looked okay at first, but problems quickly appeared. There were many stains on the walls that looked like they were from insects. I encountered several cockroaches every day, at least four daily, so I had to keep my luggage zipped at all times. The bathroom was one of the worst parts. There was a strong sewer smell coming from the sink area, and I repeatedly saw roaches and ants there. Another issue was the plumbing noise. Every time I turned on the faucet, it made an extremely loud, jarring sound, loud enough to wake the whole neighborhood. Overall, based on my experience, I would never book here again. It does not reflect the luxury or 5-star level it claims and does not meet even basic 3-star expectations. I had a wonderful time staying in the clockwork orange luxury suite. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting the philippines and the hot tubs in the room are real so enjoy taking baths everyday haha

Good one close to airport . Quiet & clean & spacious room

Everyone was great from the owner to the staff and security guards. Very friendly and welcoming. I loved the Suite. Tastefully decorated with a unique style and taste. Roomy and had all the amenities you would want for a longer stay. I will demurely stay here again. Loved it.

Room clean and tidy. Staff accommodating. The area leaves a bit to be desired though.

Rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable, staff are helpful, and the building has laundry, convenience store, and a small restaurant attached.

Ants everywhere.. the instant hotwater sounded like a generator. The shower faucet was installed wrong so you had to the the handle different ways to shut off the water no room in restroom for toiletries

No electricity or water. Water was later provided. Too far from shops like 7/11 or eateries

Clean room , easy check in , friendly staff and all around great experience will stay again 100%

Was only there one night but it was perfect for our needs and I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a comfortable place close to the airport

Aircon was in all areas of the apartment..Massive flat screen tvs in all the bedrooms and living room..Grocery stores just down the street easy walking. Great surrounding area
