Luksus leilighet er riktig definisjon. Selve bygningen trenger absolutt mere renovasjon men det virker som det jobbes med. Vi hadde to ulike superior leiligheter og begge er virkelig superior. Leilighetene er moderne, pene og masse TVer med netflix og god internett.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was fast and smooth as well as check out. My only wish is that there were bath rugs next to shower/tub so not so slippery.

The rooms themselves were great, with no real complaints (besides a few ants). The area outside was a bit noisy, but that was more culture shock (and not something they can control anyway). When I asked for a quieter room, they were more then happy to accommodate quickly.

The Jacuzzi was as good as advertised. Linen didn't smell quite right, but the staff was very accommodating and got us new linen right away. There is an ant problem there, but investing in ant traps could resolve that issue in three days.

No blanket in room. Water pressure was low. Not very hot water. Was very big and nice. Front desk was very friendly. No broom or rugs near showers and tubs and very slippery getting in and out plus could use a few more towels and wash cloths. I actually enjoyed my stay here and most likely will return.

Their "special instructions" are not followable, for example:
* Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM
* Check-in time ends at anytime
So arrive at 3:05pm and you're out on the street?
Then, "contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival", even though Expedia accepted the booking (and charged me) 4 hours before. No timely clarity from host/hotel, so I had to book elsewhere. If this isn't an intentional scam it's so badly executed you should avoid at all costs.

Pilot error with the air conditioning unit,
Warm the first night and freezing the next. The restaurant, mini mart, laundry made it very convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I’ve stayed here twice , loved it both times. So clean and well kept . The renovated rooms are so unique and adorable . Walking distance to fast food or the mall, would definitely stay here next time in Cebu .

We stayed for 5 nights. Essentially your renting an apartment with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine & balcony. Had 3 TV's, a purified water dispenser, jacuzzi tub & good WIFI. Everything from the service to the restaurant food and the room were a 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for the exceptional stay.

We did not have any thicker blanket when we stayed also they only provided half way used toilet paper during our stay which is inconvenient knowing that there’s 4 of us. Not to mentioned we payed extra $18 I think for when there’s extra person that we bring.
