Palmbeach Resort Mactan Cebu powered by Cocotel

The room was nice, it was big and squeaky clean. It will be better if they could clean up the seafront 'cause there's a lot of algae and rubbish.

Overall everything was great from the friendly staff, location of the resort (which was near sutukil in mactan shrine which the food was awesome and a must try), our room was also upgraded to suite and the view from the pools were relaxing..😊 thanks guys!

No beach shore. look like hospital medyo creepy pag pasok.

Water in the comfort room don't easily drain especially at the shower area and cr not quite clean. This refers to the room comfort room.

1. Unfriendly staff. 2. Not that secured place, any one can goes in and out of the place. 3. Locking of toiletries. They don’t have toothbrushes and toothpaste. 4. Defective water heater. 5. Picture of the place is deceiving from the actual. 6. The food is not good specially the breakfast included in the package.

No beach. Just a seawall with 5 foot of water in front of it. How can you call yourself Palmbeach Resort and have no beach? The free breakfast was substandard every day. The food cold or room temperature mostly. Korean style runny cold scrambled eggs. I ordered eggs over easy and they were sent out eggs over slimy whites. It's possible the kitchen help only knows the 6 or 8 things they have been taught to cook by someone who hates to cook. I always love having nothing but reconstituted powdered tang juice available also. With all the wonderful Philippine fruit available... Tang. When I contacted the about the no beach at beach resort thing they replied I would be helped within 30 minutes. 2 hours later they responded that more information was being collected. No response. Inevitably no help, no refund, no sorry your non-swimming family members had no beach to swim on for your 5 days here in Cebu. Don't go to the resort.

Overall, it was a good experience. There was just a problem with the WiFi. There was no connection in our room during our entire stay, and the cable TV lost its signal on the next day, so we had no source of entertainment inside the room.

Food too expensive. food is bad

Crew were accommodating. Suite room was big enough for us. Many pools. Food was okay than I expected.
