Room was a great size as a family of 4. Pool was great for entertaining the boys, close enough to other places too. We'd been at the science centre during the day. Ordered food to our room as kids were tired but the food was great and additional bonus of having a Starbucks in the hotel too for in the morning! Will definitely be back again

Staff very helpful. Rooms are nice. The health club i.e. gym, swimming pool, spa facilities are inclusive with stay. Paid Parking available on site. So stay was amazing. Downsides- location is far from city centre. So have to drive or take taxi. Driving js tricky in Glasgow due to weird bus lanes increasing risk of tickets. Secondly, we could hear noises from floor abive or adjacent rooms, probably we were unlucky to be surrounded by non-considerate kids.

Stayed here as we were at a kids show at the armadillo and it was nice and close for walking distance with two toddlers. The room etc was nice and clean and hotel was lovely. Reception staff were lovely. But unfortunately we ate at the restaurant and we weren’t overly impressed. We had two toddlers with dairy allergies and although I was told before arriving they can cater to this, this was not the case. The staff didn’t seem to understand and have a clue what they were doing. Same with breakfast. Also, when we offered to pay cash rather than card this seemed to confuse the staff very much.

The pool area was great. The room was great. Food was great. The staff when we went got dinner in the evening were the let down. There was a guy with longish hair who basically accused us of trying to steal beans as part of a kids meal. Thankfully another guy came over and sorted it out, he knew there was actually a problem with the app which wasn’t our fault. The first guy was rude and unhelpful. The deserts also took a long time to come out and we had to prompt multiple times for them before they arrived. Breakfast however was fab, staff there were fab! Bar staff were great it was just the one guy who wasn’t! Shame for him to let the rest of the team down!

I would like to give special thanks to Rachel and Rob who provided very professional assistance to me during a medical emergency. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definately be looking to return when attending events at the Glasgow Arena in the future.
