A very strategic hotel located within walking distance from Dhoby Ghaut. Enjoyed my stay here being able to walk to the MRT to commute. The room was clean, with a water dispenser at the lift lobby.

The staff allowed us to do earlier check-in, all of them were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Son, and the location is the best… I will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my 3D2N stay here. I was looking for a quiet getaway so I was avoiding town areas hotel, and this hotel is perfect as it is surrounded with greenery, and away from crowds. Yet, it is just a short 10 minutes walk to Plaza Sing mall. The Deluxe room is huge, the bathtub was really comfy as well. I really like that the room comes with a bluetooth speaker, I could play music and soak in the tub. The TV was meh, not much channels to watch and not a smart TV. There are two pools, both were clean but the benches are worn out. The hotel can be a little old, but overall it is beautiful especially at night and it is well maintained. Customer service can be improved as they are not the most responsive, I had to call several times before someone pick up in the morning/afternoon. The breakfast was yummy, with a decent variety. Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet getaway, away-from-city kind of vibe.

Had a really pleasant stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was very nice, spacious, and super clean. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, such a great experience and I would definitely come back again 😊

I really like this place because the location is strategic and it is incredibly close to everything in Orchard. The room is standard, but it is very comfy because it is clean and all the amenities inside work perfectly, such as the cold AC and the fact that there is no damage whatsoever. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious!! 😋 Even though there are not many options, the food quality is excellent. What I love the most, however, is the laundry service. We do not have to go out looking for a laundry place and wait around because laundry facilities are provided right here. You just need to exchange your money for coins, and you can conveniently wait in your room. Lastly, the staff members are very humble and informative, especially the one who assisted with our initial check-in, as they were incredibly kind.

This is my second stay here and it will be my favorite hotel when I visit Singapore. Friendly service, great location, and comfortable rooms.

Hotel location near Orchard Road is convenient for a stroll to nearby malls, restaurants, and shops. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. The room was large, clean, the bed comfortable, air conditioned cold, and water pressure strong. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Will repeat my stay if I visit Singapore again.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They helped me with the luggage arrangement. The hotel is a short walk to Orchard Ion, so plenty of shops to lose time in.

This was my third stay at Grand Central, and I am always satisfied. The location is incredibly strategic—close to a 7-Eleven, near a 24-hour Don Don Donki, close to a bus stop, near an MRT station, and located right on Orchard, a favorite spot for Indonesian tourists.

It's always happy to stay at Hyatt, location, service, cleanliness, food, and room, all are excellent.

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼
