Royal Plaza is always my first choice whenever I visit Singapore. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the price is reasonable for the quality provided. I had a very memorable experience at this hotel. When my mother had an accident and fell, the hotel staff responded quickly and handled the situation appropriately and professionally. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amir, who was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the situation. I hope Royal Plaza continues to grow and improve while maintaining its excellent quality and service. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Located at the heart of the city, very close to the Orchard Road shopping district, and easy access to most shopping areas. I can pretty much walk to anywhere I need to go in Singapore. The room is clean, the staff is friendly, overall a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Plaza on Scotts from 9–11 July 2026, staying in Room 1119. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who kindly helped us with our luggage. The hospitality made us feel at home right away. At the reception, we were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in, which made our children incredibly happy after the journey. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless with no unpleasant smell, and we loved the natural sunlight that filled the room during the day. The elevators were fast, so we never had to wait long, and the swimming pool was clean and perfect for our family to enjoy. Thank you to everyone at Royal Plaza on Scotts for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your excellent service and warm hospitality. Based on my experience staying at Royal on Scotts, the location is great and close to everywhere. The Wi-Fi is good, the AC is cold, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean, just a little bit small, and the hotel is always fully booked, haha. Yesterday, I wanted to book one more room, but they were already out of vacancy.

Despite staying here for five days, in room 923 (17-18) and another room, 1507 (12-16 August), I was only given one hour for late check-out. I asked for two hours, but they didn't allow it, even though we had already paid for breakfast for five days.

Check-in took too long. Per person, it was like 15 minutes. I was waiting from 2:30 PM till 3:10 PM. In the end, my room was full and I had to change room types. So annoying and frustrating service.
