This was my third time staying at Royal Plaza on Scotts, and I would definitely consider coming back again. One of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel is the value for money. Hotels around Orchard can get quite expensive, but Royal Plaza on Scotts usually offers competitive rates for the area. The location is also hard to beat. It's within walking distance of Orchard Road, shopping malls, restaurants, and the MRT, so getting around Singapore is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the room size. For the price I paid, the room felt spacious, which is becoming quite rare in Singapore these days. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay as well. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. I noticed some minor stains on the faucet in the bathroom, but it wasn't anything major or enough to affect my overall experience.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Royal Plaza on Scotts. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from the MRT station, making it very easy to get around. I was pleasantly surprised to be granted an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The staff were professional, providing fast and helpful responses throughout my stay. Love this hotel. Everything [is] good, [the] room [is] spacious, staff [are] very friendly and helpful. And there is a water filter in every room, [so guests] can refill water anytime without [using a] plastic bottle. This is my second stay, and [I] will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The breakfast was very bad, I didn’t even know what to eat. The noodles had to be cooked by ourselves, and the check-in took a long time.

The hotel room was comfortable, but the view was lacking because it was on either side of the building (lower floors facing walls). The staff were very friendly and polite. The entire process was very easy (check-in - check-out). But the most impressive thing was the carousel. Try eating there. At least the breakfast buffet. From the visuals, aromas, and variety, it was truly pampering. The staff working at this restaurant were also very friendly and cared about the needs of their guests. It was truly a very memorable experience. If you don't like urban areas, the location might not be suitable, but at least stop by to try the food.
