We had an excellent stay here as a family of 3 ( our little one is 7) lovely helpful staff, the bed was super comfortable and easily got all 3 of us in with lots of extra room. So much so we didn’t use the extra bed. Little one loved using the hot tub in the morning for a dip and we also loved sitting up there in the evening. Thank you for making our daughters first time abroad so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend x

Besides the hotel's prime location to easily walk to many of the top sites in Barcelona, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our flight arrived very early, and we were welcomed by staff who held our luggage until check-in. After checking in, our luggage was delivered to our room. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, our electrical adapter did not work so make sure you check which adapter is required. We felt safe walking in the area. Many restaurants and bakeries nearby. The hotel staff kindly scheduled a taxi for our departure and notified us upon its arrival. Definitely top service! I would stay again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas I think the hotel could improve. The biggest disappointment was that there is no swimming pool, despite this being advertised. There are only two jacuzzis, one of which was out of order, and the other had visible dirt at the bottom. The rooms were comfortable, but the furniture is quite dated and could use modernization. The receptionist who checked me in on 13 July was excellent, very friendly and professional. However, the evening receptionist working on 13 and 14 July was not helpful and seemed impolite. Since she represents the hotel at the front desk, I feel that customer service in that role is especially important. Similarly, the morning doorman was polite and professional, but the evening doorman was disappointing in terms of customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback on board, as these issues did affect m-my overall experience. With better maintenance and more consistent customer service, the hotel could provide a much better stay.”

They have a rooftop bar with beautiful views, a hot tub on the rooftop, loungers, a gym, a restaurant, etc. and the hotel is very clean and nice. There is a bidet in the restroom, and ours had two separate shower heads. It is a bit expensive to stay here, but if the price is reasonable I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location, either within walking distance to tourist destinations /restaurants or to public transportation to other venues. Staff super helpful with anything you need, like a cab to the airport at 0330.

This was my second stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful; special shoutout to Vanessa at the reception! Will definitely come back here when I visit Barcelona again. I highly recommend this hotel!

I gave this place three stars because the amenities are not as described. The pool is actual one single jacuzzi and the other jacuzzi was closed. The gym very tiny, and when I was there the staff let three girls change and shower in the gym area. I asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t there. I asked for the manager to contact me about the incident and he did not. It was unprofessional. The front door area was under construction the entire time. The first room I was given didn’t match the description it had no view, I was looking directly at a wall. The area in that room wasn’t working well. The second room I changed too was much better, but the amenities experience really dampened my point of view regarding the staff and the hotel. People should get the quality they pay for. It needs to be ran better and it would be a fantastic hotel
