Any issues we encountered were addressed promptly; for example, when our room wasn't ready, the staff quickly arranged a replacement room and free drinks. The hotel restaurant staff were also very pleasant and attentive. The location is excellent, with Rambla Street and many of Barcelona’s key tourist attractions—such as the Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter—within a comfortable 20–25 minute walk.

Es un gran hotel, descansado, cerca del metro y de paseo de la gracia. Habitación grande, limpia y un baño con un tamaño bueno. No le doy las 5 estrellas por dos razones: 1. Esta cerca del tren y lo escuchas pasar y como q se siente en el hotel. Dicen q deja de pasar a media noche pero yo siempre lo escuché y empieza a pasar a las 5-6am 2. Los sanitarios o servicios. Para hablarle hay q literal bombear tres veces y es una pesadez por qué a veces no sirve. Tenemos que volver a empezar y eso desespera.

Our family would like to thank Eva and the front desk team for their great help during our stay. Everyone was friendly and patient, helping us with directions, a power adapter, and an umbrella. Eva explained how street names work here, which was very helpful. On Christmas morning, the staff even went outside in the cold to call a taxi for us. The service truly exceeded our expectations.
