Hotel is clean, location is convenient. Shopping is near. but air con is only heater with outside temperature over 20C. I wanted to compliment your staff are friendly and helpful

飯店服務、早餐地理位置都很棒！附近就是著名的格拉西亞大道，附近有許多熱門餐廳，非常推薦！ 飯店離地鐵站很近，搭機場到市區的巴士再換地鐵，不過花了滿多時間才找到地鐵站。建議帶大件行李的旅客抵達市區後，可搭計程車至飯店（5~10分鐘車程） 如果還有機會到巴塞隆納旅遊，會再考慮選擇這裡～

nice and clean room. awesome restaurant and sweet employees.

We stayed there for 5 nights in Barcelona. We love this hotel. Its location, service, and staff's friendliness. You get what you pay for, it's not the top hotel in the city. But it's very easy to get around from this hotel. And we appreciate the house keeping made our room so tidy and clean every single day. The only downside is the room is not bright enough with very little natural lighting. But you don't stay in hotel while in Barcelona right. Overall it was a good stay. I'd recommend to people who are traveling to BCN with some budgets for accommodation.

位置很棒，雖然不是在格拉西亞大道上，但走路5分鐘就到。附近走路1分鐘就有鐵路站、公車站、計程車站就在旁邊，走路5分鐘有地鐵站及退稅處，CP值高

great location with reasonable price. clean and comfortable room. The only thing could be better is the computer in the lobby for customer to print out document is too old and slow, will waste time to do things.

체크인 과정 중 나와 일행을 보고 치노 어쩌구 하는 것과 남자직원의 불친절함에 기분이 매우 불쾌했음 동양인을 보면 신기함에 치노라고 하는 경우도 있다는 얘기를 들은 적이 있어 어떤 의도로 했는지는 모르겠으나 여권 펼쳐보기도 전에 치노 어쩌구 언급은 매우 불쾌했음 방 처음 들어가자마자 느낀 점은 전체적인 청결 상태는 그리 좋지 못했으며, 객실에 비치된 의자는 너무 더러워 머무는 내내 잘 앉지도, 물건을 올리지도 않았음. 화장실 및 욕실은 따뜻한 물 잘 나오고 수압 괜찮았으나 마지막 날 화장실에서 좀벌레로 추정되는 벌레를 발견함. 정말 좋은 추억을 만들어준 바르셀로나였으나 호텔에서의 경험은 좋지 못한 추억으로 남을 것 같음.

The staff was great! The room was small and my view was not the greatest.

from 8am the cleaning staff will start banging walls like if they were tearing the place apart. It’s insane

The room was clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and responsive. Any issues we encountered were addressed promptly; for example, when our room wasn't ready, the staff quickly arranged a replacement room and free drinks. The hotel restaurant staff were also very pleasant and attentive. The location is excellent, with Rambla Street and many of Barcelona’s key tourist attractions—such as the Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter—within a comfortable 20–25 minute walk.

Hotel is just ok, location is great while rooms are on smaller side. Good to rest and sleep.

歩いて行けるところにとても美味しい人気のレストランがあります。また、なんと言っても駅が近くに二つぐらいあり、アクセスがとても便利でした。スタッフも親切でユーモアがありとても素晴らしい滞在でした。 次にバルセロナに行く時もこちらを利用したいです。

Excellent customer service from the staff!

Una gran estancia de visita familiar. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de muchas opciones para comer y tiendas. La habitación con mucho espacio, pero se empieza a notar el tiempo sobre todo en el baño. Seria una pena que no lo mantuvieran impecable porque es muy bonito el hotel y muy cómodo El staff muy amable.

Me and my wife were in Hotel Barcelona Center for NYE in Barcelona, well the magnetic room's key never works so each time we come back in the hotel we needed to ask new ones. The air conditioned didn't worked well, so the room temperature was between 27 and 28 degrees, even if we swithced it off all the Time. We cannot open the window because it was locked by a big tv , so we cannot sleep becaouse of eccesive heat and dry air in the room. When we complain about it at the reception they said that cannot do Nothing about. The room wasn't clean when we come out and back and after we complain about a Woman comes to our door at 20.00 with some towels and gave it on my hands. All this thing togheter are really unacceptable for a 4 star Hotel.
