Unfortunately,
The room keys were always failing meaning you had to constantly ask the reception to re boot your room card.
This was common 15 years ago but I thought we had solved this issue?

I visited Barcelona for my birthday trip. We originally booked a room with double bed, and then we received a room with one queen bed, and the room was just as good.
Most of all, I really liked the staff and employees, They were excellent and pleasure to work with.

It was very clean and in a great location, just a short walk from the Gothic Quarter. The parking garage was only a 5–6 minute walk away, and parking was very convenient once we registered our license plate in the Telpark app.
Breakfast had lots of options and not expensive if not included with your stay. Will book again.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and it was fixed quickly. The hotel is comfortable, the location is great for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra cost! Loved the coffee machines!
Only thing we did not like was the bathtub, was too close to the sink and very deep, making it difficult to get in and out. Would revisit this hotel again, if ever returning to the beautiful city of Barcelona!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I wished they replenished the coffee each day when they came in to clean our room. We only got two instant packages and it was never replenished in the three nights we were there.
