Pension Beizama

No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie

Don't be put off by the immediate neighbourhood. Astigarraga is a warm and friendly town full of local bars and lovely people. Bar under pension wasn't open the weekend we were there which was a shame

Buen sitio para quedarte si solamente necesitas dormir, aunque las camas hacen ruido al mínimo movimiento, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, el espacio relativamente era grande. Para poder aparcar, tienes que irte al parking de zona industrial que hay cerca, ya que toda la zona cercana del hotel está ocupada. No hay mucho que ver cerca, hay ríos, edificios en ruinas etc. El horario de recepción no se cumplió en nuestra estadía, comunicaron que eran horarios hasta las 10pm, pero a las 9:15pm ya no había nadie en recepción.

In a small town, situated on the outskirts. Walkable to several playgrounds for kids and a bike trail. Some street noise at night from close by restaurants. Not much car noise. Was able to walk to most places in small town with no issues. However, our first night was very hot in the room as their is no AC and they were experiencing unseasonably high temps. Sheets were clearly worn and could use replacement. Overall, a peaceful option in a smaller town outside San Sebastián

El señor don juan muy agradable y muy atento el lugar nos gusto mucho y en la esquina había un café con una comida muy buena a buen precio y por la noche un restaurante a 10 minutos increíble El autobús pasaba cada 15 minutos a san Sebastián

Lovely accommodation

2 star property which was about right. Just a small few room hotel. Did the job for an odd night but very basic.

The property was basic..A bed a tv and toilet..No air conditioning..Bath was really small..

Excelente ubicación cerca del centro pero en automóvil! Muy cómodo el alojamiento y buen precio! La persona que nos atendió fué muy amable con nosotros! Nos fuímos muy contentos del lugar, nos quedamos sólo una noche.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. Had a good sized room with a balcony and good sized restroom with a modern look. It was not to far from where we spent most of our time, Old Town San Sebastián. Very happy with this experience.

Didnt book the room until an hour before as was driving from Spain to UK and this is practically half way. The staff waited for me despite the latest check in being 10pm and I turned up at 11:30pm. Quick check in. Lovely new spacious room. Perfect for a quick stop over!

Nice welcoming staff despite our arrival around 11 pm. Nice views from the room facing the square. Quiet and relaxing

Good size room, nice terrace, good stopover for a night. Right above cafe/bar so drinks, snacks easily available. Beds were comfy and clean. All perfectly fine and very reasonable price

There was a festival happening outside our balcony. We booked the accommodation to try to rest in family during our traveling across Spain, we had very loud music and noise from drunk people until 5 AM. We needed wake up and go back to our tripe at 8 AM. AWFUL!!!!

First time in San Sebastián & really enjoyed our time there

It was comfortable and easy to take the bus, but there isn’t much to do around and the place needs a little work.

Great and cheap place to stay near san Sebastián

This was difficult to find. The advertised bar and restaurant were closed. The owner was very helpful once we found it! There was no kettle to make any drinks- with no bar/restaurant attached this was needed. The bathroom facilities were clean but the ceiling was covered in black patches of mould. We could hear every movement of the people in the next door room. For the money it was expensive. I won’t upload the mouldy bathroom ceiling photos

The place was fairly out from anyway but there was a bus stop only 2 minutes walk away. When we arrived we had our heavy suitcase carried up the stairs which i thought was kind. Room was very basic and small but clean. Only real negative was that we could never find anyone around to ask about taxis, information, checking out etc etc
