Excelente ubicación cerca del centro pero en automóvil! Muy cómodo el alojamiento y buen precio! La persona que nos atendió fué muy amable con nosotros! Nos fuímos muy contentos del lugar, nos quedamos sólo una noche.

Très mauvaise expérience ! Cet "hôtel n'en a que le titre. Rien que la devanture ne donne déjà pas envie d'y entrer !! D'ailleurs il étais fermé à notre arrivée ! Ressemble à un refuge pour SDF !! Pas du tout semblable aux photos du site. Des vêtements sont pendu aux fenêtres, l'entrée est introuvable, les murs extérieurs sont dégueulasse !! Un rideau de fer baissé pour vous accueillir et bien sûr, ne parle pas français ! Évidemment, je ne le recommande pas du tout

El lugar es tranquilo. No me gusto que la habitacion estaba en el 5o piso y no tirne elevafor

Suciedad en la habitación. No se veía bien aseada ni limpiada. Y posteriormente…lo que mas nos ha enfadado ha sido que de 3 noches, la primera dijimos que nos limpiaran ( pusimos el cartel ) … limpiaron poco, las sabanas no las cambiaron, las toallas de baño tampoco y lo peor se dejaron la llave puesta durante todo el día pudiendo entrar quien quisiera a nuestra habitación. Mucho que desear en tema de limpieza y accesorios ( la ducha el agua caliente a ratos iba ) … lo recomendaría para 1 noche y si no tienes otra opción.

Motor de la cisterna de la otra habitacion no paraba de hacer ruido.

Nos tocaron unos vecinos un tanto ruidosos y, la verdad, que las paredes son de papel. Con unos vecinos normales, la cosa, creo, que hubiera ido mejor.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. Had a good sized room with a balcony and good sized restroom with a modern look. It was not to far from where we spent most of our time, Old Town San Sebastián. Very happy with this experience.

Didnt book the room until an hour before as was driving from Spain to UK and this is practically half way. The staff waited for me despite the latest check in being 10pm and I turned up at 11:30pm. Quick check in. Lovely new spacious room. Perfect for a quick stop over!

Muy amable

This little hotel wouldn’t be so bad if it cost a LOT less for what you get! The value for money which we paid per night was absolutely ridiculous. The pictures show all the big, spacious and luminous rooms…the room we actually got was tiny. We are a family of four people with a dog (which they ask an extra 10€ per night for!!!) We couldn’t even open our dogs travel bed in the space we had, let alone walk around the beds, we were basically jumping over things! The bunk bed had the bottom part directly on the floor. There were no bed lights on the bedside tables and no hairdryer in the bathroom (even the most Basic hotels offer hairdryers attached to walls) The bathroom was old with cracks on the side of the tub where you showered. The room was basic with a window at the very end which could only be opened partly as the bunk bed was practically attached to the terrace doors. Since the room was hot and stuffy, we kept the window open during the night, but my boys ended up catching a cold due to the fact that their pillows were right up against the terrace doors! The little terrace which is quite shabby is almost more spacious then the actual room!!! The walls are very thin, so you could hear the neighbours speaking and moving things around! I’m not one to usually complain and I’ve travelled a lot and slept in worse places but it all depends on what you actually PAY for a room. The space we were offered for the price we paid was definitely not worth even half of the cost!

Nos alojamos aquí de ultimo momento. Tuvimos problemas con la cerradura de la puerta de la entrada a la habitación, no podíamos abrir la puerta. El baño se moja todo cuando te duchas y la cortina de la ducha estaba manchada. Es un alojamiento, de paso para salir del apuro y al que no volveria.

Loads of dustflakes under the beds. Beds are in poor condition. The only way to stop the toilet from flushing is to close the tap leading to the cistern. On the top floor, there are no windows. Only small and high skylights (no escaping in case of fire). The lights in the hall are flashing permanently all day and night, and make a clicking sound. Wooden stairs make noise when people are coming in late or leaving early.

Nice welcoming staff despite our arrival around 11 pm. Nice views from the room facing the square. Quiet and relaxing

Accueil très bien propriétaire sympathique , les places pour ce garer autour sont un peu compliquer. Niveau propreté de la chambre c’est moyen.
