Great location. Rooms were clean. The bathroom flooring was severely damage on the floor I was in. Also, there was no thermostat for the AC in room to adjust the temperature. Besides that Iwas a great stay. I would definitely recommend for short or budget friendly stay in Madrid

The common room was a joke. It’s tiny for the size of the hotel and not enough room and the cushions are quite dirty. The room itself was very clean in the bathrooms and showers are very clean. The location is convenient Just a half a block from a metro stop. I would book this hotel again however I would not use Hotels.com to do so. I would book directly with the hotel.

There was no access to the terrace, and there was only one person in the reception which made the check-in very long. Also they turn off the air conditioning in the night, and that was the worst part. I'm never going back to that place.
