My stay was definitely 100000/10. Already planning my return

I booked the night before we checked in, we would be arriving 1030am local time and did not want to wait. The front desk insisted they would bring bags to room. 3.5 hours later after phone call asking if they could bring up our bags , had to go down to retrieve bags, they forgot. The slider to the balcony had multiple huge cracks throughout the glass door, I let the front desk know and they said it would fine. Those 2 things were the only negatives.

SLS Barcelona is a good choice for our first time in Barcelona. The location is away from downtown and closes to the beach. The main swimming pool feels like a saltwater pool and the Lora restaurant has the best buffet breakfast we ever had. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The room once we got in was ok. But mis represented. It was two rooms with dogs between not a 2 bed room suite. We got upgraded because of bad check in. So hotel tried to be good. Room we first saw was far less then upgrade. Never stated. Breakfast was good. With good selections. Pool was not large and few lounge chair grabbed up very early. Beach close by was a pebble beach and high surf. Not good swimming. Staff were nice and tried to be helpful

We loved our stay at SLS! The staff are so kind and very helpful. The room was large and comfortable, loved having a balcony. The location is also very near the beach and easy walking distance to public transportation. Would highly recommend!

The property is good but the location is terrible. Outside of Lora the food options are extremely disappointing. Service at the pool area is hit or miss.

Wonderful stay for our family of 5. The guest service team was amazing and even decorated the room for our son’s birthday! The property has w-bikes for rent so you can explore. It was a great first time in Barcelona!

Hotel is beautiful however is 30 mins drive outside of Barcelona. It’s next to a waste treatment plant and a super yacht graveyard for a harbour. Everything is run down and abandoned around the hotel/harbour which is a shame. No shops, bars or restaurants near by so you have to eat at the hotel. Great party night/after party on a Saturday which is free to hotel guests before 8pm.

Everything was just perfect at this resort. I loved it! Worth every cent spent there. Would visit again.

The pools on property were lovely. Drinks on-site are rather costly at $20.00 per drink. The staff are very helpful and considerate.

Really great service, friendly staff and gorgeous rooms.

I can’t see any reason to recommend this place. It’s very far from everything. The food is terrible in all the restaurants and there are zero restaurants nearby. The rooms are garish - we had two separate rooms both were missing supplies like a bathrobe, toiletries and ample towels. Loud music playing all day and night, deserted industrial marina location and really disappointing food made the trip less enjoyable than we had hoped. Twenty five minute walk to the metro or 30-40 dollar cab ride to gothic quarter, el born etc. hotel is clean and staff mostly seemed nice but service is poor at the pool. I can’t see any reason to recommend.

First, the inside of this hotel is gorgeous. The spa is elite. Everything is beautiful. However the female staff are very uppity, unfriendly, short, and terse. We also went during a music festival. The average age at the hotel had to be 20. There were people peeing in the bushes. The grounds around the hotel had urine and feces around. All the stairwell smelled. It was like Bourbon Street in New Orleans around the hotel. Stepping away from the hotel just 20 yards was gross. It isn't near anything charming. It doesn't feel like Barcelona. We stayed two nights and regret it entirely. This hotel is like a 90s episode of the Real World on MTV. We talked to other families and other older people staying there and they felt similar. This hotel is NOT if you are wanting to experience Barcelona. It is nowhere near meaningful Barcelona. Additionally, on a map, it looks like it is close to the water and beaches. It is. However these locations are all dirty. Stay in the City Center. Do not stay here.

Great hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Location could have been better.

Everything was fantastic! Clean, helpful employees that cared for us regarding our stay! The pool music is loud as a warning, especially rooftop during eating. We enjoyed our stay before going to the port cruise. We took a taxi to the port and it was 15-20 minutes away. Fantastic room with ocean view! Thanks again!

Nice hotel. Catered more towards singles rather than families. Hotel food sub par. Kind of far from restaurants. Need to Uber eat most of the time. Otherwise staff friendly. Nice gym. Pool not heated. Would rate 7/10.
