Property as well appointed and pools are kept clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but wholesome. The only problem I had was a very very moldy smell in the room I stayed in. This may even be in the walls and it is not a good feeling the walk-in, took her room and have to open all the windows and doors to get fresh air in. I would not stay here again.

IT WAS TERRIBLE. The pool was dirty one of the staff dumped an unhuman amount of chloride into the pool and there was some dirt on the bottom of the pool.
The staff was rude they assumed we didn't pay for the food even tho they were the one who gave us the receipt.
U have to wait for the staff to notice u and even then they take their time to help.

I picked this property because it was advertised as a wellness resort.The property is beautiful but that’s it. I arrived at the check in desk around 4:30pm and there was only one person there to service about 12 people. So it took me about 45 mins to be serviced.The pool was very very loud and over crowded. I later learned people not staying at the hotel came to use the pool. I was given a room by the said pool and it was not peaceful at all. The room smelled bad. I was greeted by several mosquitos and I attempted to use to microwave but it sounded like it would explode. All in all don’t stay here is you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Beautiful poolside and accommodating staff. Card machine was not working so all payment had to be in cash which was unexpected! Would have been good if they had informed guests prior to arrival. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Almost all staff did not have masks on which was a bit contradictory to the large sign at the entrance which mandated their use. Overall pleasant stay apart from the minor inconveniences above.

Did not like that I had to wait longer than 30 min when I asked for clean towels.
There was not always hot water out of the shower
