Central location. Convenient access to transportation, restaurants, shopping. Breakfast (charged separately) was good. Booked for 4 nights. AC was not working. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Handed a small table fan!! Wouldn’t suggest this property. Area has many other properties which would probably be better. Expedia has become terrible at suggesting properties.

Note the late check-in at 4pm and rooms generally not ready earlier. Rather an earlier check in and and earlier check out. Staff kept asking if I wanted to upgrade to a larger room which was available earlier. Cheeky business tactic. Rooms dont have a fridge and any toiletries are lacking. Room cleaning needed to be requested upon check in otherwise its another way to cut cost in the name of the environment and not having enough staff.

When we arrived we were given th option of a larger room overlooking the hotel entrance with a sofa & chair area which we took for only an extra £50 over 3 nights. The room was excellent and the bath/shower had constant hot water which was appreciated particularly when coming in from the cold late afternoon before going back out later. Buffet breakfast was one of the most comprehensive I have experienced when travelling, very good. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Always stay here when visiting Stockholm and this was my fifth trip there. Location is perfect - near Stockholm Central station and walking distance to other islands. Rooms are spacious, clean, staff are friendly and breakfast is always a highlight.
