Very clean and new Rooms updated. Amazing views from balcony and rooftop!
No Air conditioning but not needed because it gets cooler at night anyway and they provided Fans.

Great location, could have stayed longer.. staff was fantastic.. No AC , which is typical, as it isnt needed very often.. so summer day heat was not great, but it was very cool pleasant at night and slept with a fan and windows open.. great sleep!! Breakfast was definitely a must option.. Buffet with many selections..

Let's be honest. It's a nice hotel, but it was not a $500 a night hotel not by a long shot. I've stayed in some beautiful places for less and felt for comfortable. Everything is extremely dated, the beds were painfully hard..and it was so stuffy even with the windows wide open all night. Yes, it's clean and everyone is friendly but I expected more.

The hotel is very close to the train station and also faces the bus station. It's located on the main strip vee close to multiple stores and restaurants.
The facility is charming and lovely. The staff were also very helpful and kind - especially at the front desk and breakfast area. Oh and the breakfast buffet was so wonderful! So many fresh and tasty options! There is no AC in the hotel, so if the temp is hot outside ask for a fan.
Note: we were in a room on the 2nd floor facing the front and there was a lack of airflow. Since it was very hot outside (heat wave in June 2026, the room was very hot with minimal airflow. A friend whose room was on another side of the building didn't have this issue.

Breakfast was stellar.Friendly helpful staff. If you are traveling in the heat of summer, the 5th floor is can be quite warm as it is the top floor and the wellness spa with saunas is on this level.

The rooms and bathrooms have been nicely upgraded and are clean. The views are ectraordinary. Breakfast is excellent.
The reception area, hallways and stairways are dark and tired looking. There is sometimes a lot of loud partying on the streets late at night outside and this can make it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is probably the first hotel next to the train station and has fabulous view from the balcony the mountains right in front of you beautiful the breakfast has lots of varieties very good and it’s close to the shops close to the major scenery. Highly recommend.

The location is phenomenal. Our room was by far one of the best with one bed and bathroom upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs. The view was also spectacular! The staff was very helpful and friendly.
