Personal atento, cuartos no son muy comodos

Everything experienced was great. But the price was just too damn high. Paid almost $500 USD for a a regular room (albeit with a nice view on a high floor) with two twin beds and that on its face is too damn high

The room was amazing and the staff was super helpful with all of our touristy needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a brand name hotel in Zurich.

This was the fifth hotel visit during our 11 day road trip in Switzerland as adding to the hundred of Marriott hotels around the world I have stayed for more than 25 years as well as being a Bonvoy member. This hotel actually misrepresents the brand. Examples: 1) Upon check in we were given a room on the 43rd floor as explained by a courteous receptionist on the North Tower. Upon arriving in the room I realised by looking outside we were actually on the 3rd floor. Coming out of the building I counted that the North tower has 5 floors and the main building has 15 floors however the room numbers such as 4505 etc imply that you are on the 45th floor which is a sham! 2) Upon arriving in our room with 2 young children we realised that the air conditioning was producing cool air and the room was cold. Technician unable to fix it and after refusing to have portable heaters plugged in as suggested were moved to a different room. Then moved back to another room next day near tram line with noise 3) Breakfast reception had to issue receipt for breakfast and you have to sign it despite having breakfast included in the room. This causes queues and wastes time but also multiple people using the same pen to sign a receipt that has no value (let alone the waste of paper). Be all together when going for breakfast otherwise you have to sign separate receipts even your children if they turn up later. 3) First hotel I have stayed and reception staff on check out did not ask ‘how was your stay?

The hotel is very close to the train station making it easy if you want to take a train to other parts of Switzerland. Our room was renovated and very nice, but a few things I feel they need to address. There is no drawer space to put things away and the closet is small and much of the space is taken up by the iron and ironing board. We had trouble adjusting the heating in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

A bit away from the main walking area. Also an issue with upgrade cost and breakfast which were not clearly communicated. In the end we came to a compromise, but communication needs to be more clear.

The room heat is not good system.The breakfast room too small. when you get in you wait on line and need signed paper. This is a very old system's and waste paper and make hand dirty.

2 nights quick get away trip with my wife. Overall junior suite room was okey. However very old. This is a very old building and needs of remodeling. In fact I was offered a newer suite without any city view. In other words I guess they know this and are working forward to remodeling.

Clean room staff are helpful and amenities are great as well overall fantastic service and location

Everything just seemed perfect. Check-in, the room, the restaurant and bar. Great location and would definitely go back.

All good at this Hotel. Outstanding staffs in the reception and breakfast area. The rooms were comfortable with both coffee machine and kettle provided. Considerate enough to provide us with umbrella when the rail played spoil sport.The breakfast had a good spread, with a very welcoming Mexian and Asian cuisine. With lake Limmat on the side and other major streets within walkable distance, the location is unbeatable.Overall good stay, will definitely be back.

Nice and convenient stay, short walking distance from the train station and city center and delicious breakfast! The bread pudding was a surprising breakfast treat.

The staff was helpful, friendly, responsive and kind.

This was a great location and very walkable to Old Town and across from the Limmat River. We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel and it was lovely. The room was clean and the bathroom floors were heated! The staff was very attentive and the amenities top notch, from the bar to the restaurants

Feels safe , clean , good service , accommodating

Excellence service, friendly and welcoming staff. Easy access to Limmat (river) for a summer swim. This Marriot will provide a floating bag with towel when requested should you need to take a swim. A slight drawback is the length walk from Zurich Haufbahnhopf, even though it seems very close on the maps, it's a 10-15min walk, at least it's very direct and straight. Great views.

This hotel is near everything & located in a safe area

Great renovated rooms but noisy. Our next room neighbors woke us up early in the morning just by having conversation and then cleaning crew was loud doing their job. I would say it’s a great hotel but wouldn’t rate them 5 stars.
