The staff were super attentive!! Always smiling and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. Complimentary drinks, biscuits and fruit, very nice indeed. Hotel location is easy to get to, and shopping mall and cafe are found nearby. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The environment is absolutely beautiful—clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat. The service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommend

We stayed here during our layover otw to Jakarta. The staff was helpful to order a taxi (twice, as the first one left us; completely our mistake). Our room was super spacious with two larger single beds. The bathroom was also super big. All in all, it was a recharging stay there. Will definitely go back.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the LRT station. My suite on the 8th floor directly overlooked the airport. Breakfast was also good, and the room amenities were excellent.
