I’m always staying at this hotel and always request room 409 or 509 because it's nearby the lift. 20 steps from the reception, you can enter MRT station Sutthisan. There are a lot of food streets and 7-Elevens within walking distance. Near Huai Khwang night market, it's only 50THB by taxi. Super friendly staff.

Very quiet and great location. The facilities are nice, we can enjoy Netflix on the smart TV. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Good room, delicious breakfast and I really like the smell of UHG hotels. Both places I stayed were fragrant. I love it so much. Everything is great. The view from the room is of both the swimming pool and BTS. Most importantly, the hotel is located very well. It is near Central Ladprao, Union Mall, and it is also connected to MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1. It is very convenient and easy to get to the airport. The first time I stayed there, I was very impressed. I will go back to stay again when I have a chance.

I stayed at Livotel Hotel Kaset Nawamin Chatuchak and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is conveniently located near everything you might need. Just a short walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven (my go-to for quick essentials), along with food stalls that come alive at night, a pharmacy, and a laundry area. The beddings were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a solo traveler from the Philippines, I felt right at home. The locals in the area are so kind and helpful. Even with a language barrier, they were patient, and my translator app made communication easy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here, and I’m already considering coming back for a longer stay. Spacious room, clean, good price, but far from Chatuchak market, have to go by motorbike or taxi.

The staffs are very helpful and provide good service regarding the key card. The hotel smells very nice. I am impressed.

Staff super friendly!! Especially Miss Lek and Pam!!! They take care of me and are very friendly! I’m so happy staying here. There’s cheap laundry just downstairs and Seven Eleven is a 1 minute walk!! Super convenient!!! 💕

Not really disappointed with this hotel. The picture matches the cover. Good atmosphere, clean room, delicious food, great service staff Feeling relaxed, fully worth the price paid. When I booked for 1 night, I had to reserve 3 nights. Will definitely come back to stay again.

The staff was okay and helpful, especially the concierge. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a bathtub too, so it was a decent price performance for the room. It is located near Rajamangala Stadium, where we had a concert to attend, so it was quite convenient too. Definitely will go back staying here if we have another event in the stadium!

In my opinion, this hotel is really great. The room is spacious and can accommodate 3–4 people comfortably. The service is very friendly, and the location is close to the city center. It’s situated in a residential area, so it’s easy to find food and drinks nearby. It’s also quite close to Big C, the MRT, Thailand Cultural Centre, etc. (around a 1 km walking distance). The price is reasonable, and the room facilities are excellent — there is a washing machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave available for shared use. Highly recommended for those who want to travel to Thailand with friends or family. NGL, I will definitely be back soon!

The receptionist is nice and helpful, especially Meaw, she is good. The capsule is clean and cozy. I will stay here again when visiting Thailand. Khop khun mak na krub.
