Good room, delicious breakfast and I really like the smell of UHG hotels. Both places I stayed were fragrant. I love it so much. Everything is great. The view from the room is of both the swimming pool and BTS. Most importantly, the hotel is located very well. It is near Central Ladprao, Union Mall, and it is also connected to MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1. It is very convenient and easy to get to the airport. The first time I stayed there, I was very impressed. I will go back to stay again when I have a chance.

Overall, I think the facilities and service at this hotel are quite good. First of all, the hotel's location is very strategic, with direct access to Central Ladprao Mall and also directly into Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS Station. It's also quite close to Don Mueang Airport and very close to one of the tourist shopping centers, Chatuchak Weekend Market. The hotel staff is very friendly and communicative, and the hotel is also very nice and clean. The rooms are also clean with quite complete amenities. The food served at breakfast is quite tasty and quite varied, and they also explain which items are halal and which are not.

The accommodation was beautiful and the staff provided excellent service. I was very impressed and would definitely return if I have the opportunity.

Very good service, clean rooms, good over the price. Book 3 people to separate a single room. The food ordered beef basil, chicken basil, and fried rice are very tasty, like it very much, will use it again.

Just a short walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven (my go-to for quick essentials), along with food stalls that come alive at night, a pharmacy, and a laundry area. The beddings were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a solo traveler from the Philippines, I felt right at home. The locals in the area are so kind and helpful. Even with a language barrier, they were patient, and my translator app made communication easy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here, and I’m already considering coming back for a longer stay.
