The staff was okay and helpful, especially the concierge. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a bathtub too, so it was a decent price performance for the room. It is located near Rajamangala Stadium, where we had a concert to attend, so it was quite convenient too. Definitely will go back staying here if we have another event in the stadium!

The room is very good, beautiful, clean, good service from the staff, there is a golf cart to pick up and drop off 24 hours a day, there is a 100 baht coupon to buy anything for free in the hotel cafe. If I come to see a concert again, I will come to stay here again.

I stayed for 6 nights here. Good price for the room with a balcony with the view of the city lights of Bangkok. Breakfast is tasty and always has a different variety every day, good for Muslims as mentioned no pork or lard in the ingredients. All staff are friendly, allowing me to enter the room 30 minutes before the check-in time. Definitely will come back if I am going to Thailand again.

The best and nicest hotel in Thailand, the staff is friendly and can speak Indonesian even though they look foreign. Almost all of the staff were very helpful with whatever we needed and provided good guidance when we had difficulty communicating. Thank you, in the future if I go to Thailand I will stay here again.

The staffs were accommodating. The location was very close to Rajamangala Stadium as our main reason visiting Bangkok was to attend GOT7 concert there. It was only one stop away by water taxi. The area was quiet safe to walk around at night, and a few 7-Eleven were located close by. It was easy and quick to order Grab, it was very convenient.
