This is a great hotel, excellent value for money. The staff are very attentive. I stayed for 4 nights, but didn't request housekeeping, yet the staff kept checking in and messaging me to ask if I needed anything. They are incredibly thoughtful. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay here again. ✌🏻👍🏻

We had a great 4-night stay at Eastin. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They always tried to give us the best support whenever requested. The moment we arrived at the hotel lobby, we felt welcomed by the doorbell. When checking in and out, it was quick, smooth, and full of hospitality (especially the young man). The room was spacious and clean. A kitchen for simple cooking was available. Also, you can access the gym, swimming pool, and kids club (remember to register at the lobby). The bed was comfortable for a good sleep. Besides, it’s walking distance to One Nimman complex, Maya shopping mall, Think Park Shibuya, and many delicious restaurants like Cherng Doi Roast Kitchen, Ginger Farm, Mae Jin, etc. We will definitely come back if visiting Chiang Mai again. The hotel is very good, the room meets the information of the hotel, everything is fragrant, good view, good price, good service, resting, sleeping very well. Very impressed If I have a chance, I will go to sleep again.

Our stay was totally awesome. We arrived early in the morning around 7 AM and they allowed us to drop our luggage before check-in. They upgraded our room, which was so nice. The room is so spacious, and we have our own kitchen. Super lovely.

The hotel surrounding is very nice, nearby shopping street and cafe. The ambiance is calm and somehow it feels very relaxing. They have a dispenser and refrigerator filled with cold water, which is a good point since Chiangmai is very hot. The staff is also friendly.

The location was superb—just a short walk from One Nimman. From inside the room, I could hear the soothing sound of birds chirping and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. Truly a peaceful and convenient place to stay!

The service staff is very good. Smiling, clean rooms, very soft beds. There is a housekeeper to clean it every day and the security uncle helps to find a parking space as well. Very cute. Super impressed
