This is a great hotel, excellent value for money. The staff are very attentive. I stayed for 4 nights, but didn't request housekeeping, yet the staff kept checking in and messaging me to ask if I needed anything. They are incredibly thoughtful. The pool had a great view, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent from the moment I stepped in until I left. I forgot something and they quickly helped me get it back. I really liked the check-in and check-out times. They were very flexible. You can check in and out at any time.

The hotel surrounding is very nice, nearby shopping street and cafe. The ambiance is calm and somehow it feels very relaxing. They have a dispenser and refrigerator filled with cold water, which is a good point since Chiangmai is very hot. The staff is also friendly.

Our stay was totally awesome. We arrived early in the morning around 7 AM and they allowed us to drop our luggage before check-in. They upgraded our room, which was so nice. The room is so spacious, and we have our own kitchen. Super lovely.

We had a great 4-night stay at Eastin. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They always tried to give us the best support whenever requested. The moment we arrived at the hotel lobby, we felt welcomed by the doorbell. When checking in and out, it was quick, smooth, and full of hospitality (especially the young man). The room was spacious and clean. A kitchen for simple cooking was available. Also, you can access the gym, swimming pool, and kids club (remember to register at the lobby). The bed was comfortable for a good sleep. Besides, it’s walking distance to One Nimman complex, Maya shopping mall, Think Park Shibuya, and many delicious restaurants like Cherng Doi Roast Kitchen, Ginger Farm, Mae Jin, etc. We will definitely come back if visiting Chiang Mai again. The service staff is very good. Smiling, clean rooms, very soft beds. There is a housekeeper to clean it every day and the security uncle helps to find a parking space as well. Very cute. Super impressed

The location is great, behind Chiang Mai University, quiet and peaceful. Located in a side street, it's easily accessible and easily accessible from the main road. Perfect for those driving, there's ample parking and an EV charging station. The staff and security guards were very attentive and helpful. The accommodation is new and very clean, with a light fragrance. It was comfortable for two people, but not cramped. They provide drinking water and a small refrigerator for storing snacks. There's a microwave in the common area on the first floor. The bathroom is large, with strong hot water flow and separate dry and wet areas. The bed, pillows, and blankets are comfortable. The air conditioning is cool, and there's an air purifier. The TV is very large and you can watch Netflix. It was a wonderful experience and I felt very satisfied with the reasonable price. I plan to stay here again when I visit Chiang Mai next time.

The location was superb—just a short walk from One Nimman. From inside the room, I could hear the soothing sound of birds chirping and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. Truly a peaceful and convenient place to stay!
