Great location and great staff. Room with our private pool was really good. Highly recommend it as I originally booked the plunge pool but realised it was just that - a very shallow body of water so we paid for an upgrade.

We stay there 4days. Staff and hotel was very nice except the breakfast not an international choices. There’s lots of pork and nots halal option. Around the hotel has lots of shop and night market nearby. The Burmese staff are really nice and helpful.

The beginning was lame. Got into the room and the 2nd bedroom air condition was off. Then we realized it was broken and not just “off by mistake”. We couldn’t got a fix until 10pm and then the room was too hot until 1am. When spoke the the manager on the next day, the response was complete ignore of the issue and focus on the fact it was fixed. I’ve paid a lot of money and couldn’t get what I’ve paid for it. Other than that, the facitity, the food, the pool were great.

Et fantastisk hotell som absolutt er blant de beste i Lamai. Beliggenheten er vanskelig å slå – rett ved en nydelig strand og med kort vei til restauranter og butikker. Det som virkelig gjør oppholdet spesielt er de ansatte. Alle vi møtte var utrolig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. De fortjener toppkarakter. Rommene er store, rene og flotte, og hotellet holder generelt en høy standard. Frokosten er også veldig god, med et stort utvalg. Det eneste lille minuset er at det ofte blir en ganske lang kø ved egg- og omelettstasjonen. Dessverre trekker én ting totalopplevelsen betydelig ned: sengen. Den var rett og slett blant de dårligste hotellsengene vi har sovet i. Det er ekstra synd, fordi resten av hotellet leverer på et svært høyt nivå. Alt i alt er Pavilion et hotell jeg gjerne anbefaler, og med en bedre seng hadde dette uten tvil vært et hotell i toppklasse.

We loved this hotel, only negative was the small areas allocated for sunbeds by the pools, if the hotel was at capacity there would be no room. It was right on the beach though with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas too. The staff were amazing and the location was great. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The staff were very attentive. My wife and I had our 30th wedding anniversary there. They set up a cabana, which was very well priced and had dinner at sunset. An awesome experience. And the browny points I got from the wife didn't hurt. Breakfast was great, 30 seconds to the beach and pool. Price for food and drinks reasonably priced, and the Happy Hour was awesome. When you walk out of the hotel, you can walk left or right, and there are bars and restaurants aplenty. I would definitely come back again.

I found this to be a very nice hotel. The location is excellent, both in the town and on the beach. Even with its close proximity to one of the main roads in the town, it is nice and quiet. It is slightly tired but, well maintained and clean. We had a late flight home but, had to check out at noon. We enquired about a late check out however, instead of a late check out, we were allowed to store our luggage and when we returned from the beach, we were allowed to use a vacant room to shower. It was so much nicer than using the fitness room shower which is what has happened in the past. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and was always made up very quickly. I would say that the bed needs to be replaced. It is very hard and has large divets that made it impossible to get comfortable. Everything else was wonderful including every staff member we encountered!
