Clean and comfortable room with great bath amenities ( including tooth paste, tooth brush, razor). In lobby restaurant open 24 hours. Disappointed there were no USB outlets in room

The staff are absolutely lovely. Kind, helpful and professional. It's also in a good walking area for shopping and food.

Faded and dated in a lot of parts once through Reception. The pool area was particularly miserable - loungers saggy and uncomfortable, chairs showing signs of rust. I paid £80 per night which is good for a 5 star hotel but tbh this is more like a 3-4 star.

This was my first trip to Thailand. The Pullman G is right on Silom Road, perfectly situated at the end of the busiest part. The property is beautiful, and the view from the rooms amazing. All the staff were super nice (and fluent in English). I highly recommend the restaurant on 37th Floor. The food was world class, very reasonable in price, amazing service, and views you will remember. Served until 10:00 p.m. which helps if you're jet lagged. :-)

I was there for 11 nights It’s definitely not 5 star quality It’s not worth the price Cleanliness is very poor The house keeping staff r the most impolite I’ve ever seen I chose to stay here for the location but there r much better lower priced options with better service

Very nice clean room. Staff maintained it well. I did have a very annoying issue with the AC which never stopped running as there was something off with the thermostat as it showed room temp as 78C when it was 24C so it kept constantly cooling the room making it colder. However the tech moved the blades around which helped but they should fix it. The view was terrific and the room was adequate and good for 3 as they gave an extra bed. It didn’t have a microwave sadly but it was fine as we managed. The beds were done well and restrooms cleaned daily well. The coffee shop downstairs had great orange juice but it’s a tad expensive side. 25degrees, the restaurant, was good. I ordered Margherita Pizza for room service and it was really made well. Very American style so it was great. Most places are walkable including Lumpini Park, Mahanakhon, Train Stations, Food places, Shopping, there was a popular Indian temple close by and more. Definitely recommend people stay here as it’s trendy and had many Americans. Swim pool and gym are quite small so gets busy during day. Overall really great place

With many holiday bookings I made the one mistake with my date here booked a month later. Reception would make no adjustment despite the obvious. I Had to pay another $250AUS making over $450AUS. I never stayed 16 March. That was 16Feb. As accountant and previous hotel manager I was dumbfounded at my treatment. Wotif had no cancelation policy. I will never use either again.
